The Doctor walked to class with his new and improved MAC. Now it opens doors, desk drawers, peach jars, bank accounts, bakes cookies and eats them too. It was a leaving and breathing machine connection to the TARDIS. He could communicate with his TARDIS, giving it directions, making it travel to him. That was all it was set to do automatically however, and the best part? It could be anywhere in history, time and space, and it still had the ability to retrieve the Doctor's command. Only the Doctor's Qi signature could activate this MAC, and it was unhackable by Solaris.
Of course, the Doctor left the same security restrictions, and made it unable to hack Solaris. This way he didn't break any rules Solaris might have. He just personalized his MAC further then anyone could expect. It also could scan things, much like his Sonic Screwdriver, except in a more primitive sense, giving him an actual read out on a screen. This allowed for other people to use it, and it allowed the Doctor to leave his Sonic Screwdriver in the TARDIS where he couldn't loose it or have it stolen to be on the safe side.
The Doctor opened the door, walked in, and pressed the button to close the door on his command. He could now open the door and leave it open for however long he wished, not very nifty, or useful, but the Doctor just liked opening and shutting the door, he could do this to hit students in the face for fun if he wanted.
The classroom felt a little more familiar this time. The Doctor sat in his comfy chair, turned on his computer for once, and actually cracked open the teacher edition of his notebook. This time he would have a little bit of a lecture before taking them to see one place. One time, and one specific thing he had in mind.
The class after this one, that is when they'd go on another trip, but this one, they'd get some useful information.
"Ahh," The Doctor said leaning back in his chair, "And now we wait...."

Swartz sped into the room, the black clothing flowing behind him as he sped in, using his MAC to open the door even as he ran in the door. Quickly slowing down to avoid crashing into The Doctor as he ran in, and smiled. "Hello Doctor! I brought a list of suggestions for where we go today!" He was excited, Swartz enjoyed this class immensly. The Notepad was filled with double spaced lines, at the top in bigger letters was Battle of Chi-Bi, The Red Cliffs below it were several otehrs, all arranged chronologiclly, such as Wu Zhung Plains, D-Day, and several others. He felt more curiosity, and asked the question that had been bugging him sense the end of the last lesson. "Doctor. If we took something out of time, lets say we took Hitler into The TARDIS when he was 2, would World War II change, as if Hitler was not there? Or would it still be as if Hitler was there? And will you let us see our own futures?" Swartz's eyes were shining with questions, and he couldn't wait for todays trip.
OOC: Swartz is excited, asking a question about pulling people from Time Streams, and offered a Note Pad of suggestions, The Main one is Chi-Bi/Red Cliffs

"To answer your first question, yes and no. Only if that person did so with the full intention of never bring him back. I could go back now and save billions of lives, but I won't. Everything has it's time to die. Everything. To answer your second question, no. I will not show you your future. That would be both idiotic and cruel. You would very slowly drive yourself insane, questioning each choice you made over and over until you finally either killed yourself or others."
The Doctor knew this species wasn't ready for time travel, Rose nearly got them all killed the last time she went anywhere near her own time line. The Doctor wouldn't make that same mistake.
"If you would though, hold anymore questions until other students show up, they may have similar questions themselves."
The Doctor then used his new MAC and tested it's scanning ability. If he was correct it would tell him all the physical information, there physical limits, how in tune they were with Qi, and what ability they could use with their Qi.
"Illusions huh.... that's interesting. What if you fight a blind person?"

Lunari walked down the dark hallway in silence, and although she maintained an illusion, she was rather happy and cheerful. A day off for once, maybe to go do something interesting. She always had fun with technology and other teachers...her short height often made her the center of attention for many jokes around the staff lounge. Much like Solaris, she loved to roam, and half some fun...not being cooped up in a little room was a nice change for once. However, today, would be a change. Solaris had asked her...nicely in fact, (Bribed with sushi) to go talk to and observe a teacher in the school known as The Doctor.
Alright...no real name? Okay then...
Otherwise, she simply kept walking, reaching the door soon as class was to start. Her MAC, integrated into her glasses as a heads up display, opened the door automatically for her.
"Hello? I'm looking for The Doctor...Solaris asked me to find him..."

Ah, History. Jeremy entered, stooping down once more to avoid banging his head on the entryway. He put his MAC away, and took a seat, about three rows back, second row over. Not many kids had entered yet, but that was fine. The german boy from sex ed was there, but that didnt bother him. He remembered what the Doc had asked yesturday, then approached, hands in his pocket.
"Hey doc. You asked me where id want to go last class. Ive decided." He grinned. "Id like to see kanguskhan. Probably the greatest ruler the world has ever seen." He shrugged. "Anyway, thats my decision. You can decide what to do with it." Jeremy turned back around, and retook his seat. He saw the teacher he fought enter, asking for the doctor. He didnt really pay her any mind, instead Waiting for someone else to enter.

Swartz laughed at the doctor as he asked the question, and clicked the chain at his side. "Then I make sure they can't hear me." He saw a person come into the room, a girl he didn't recognize, then the Hulk appear aswell and step in, mentioning Gangus Kahn. Swartz had not thought about him, but it did make some sense. Even the blind Squirrel finds a nut sometimes. He looked at the Doctor's MAC for a second, then looked the Doctor in the eye. "How did you know my Qi Power Doctor?"

"Ahh," The Doctor said as a woman walked into the room, he quickly scanned her with his new MAC, "Interesting... I'll keep that a secret... Yes, Lunari Awren.." The Doctor knew it was Solaris' sister from him checking up on Solaris in the core. He just now got her name from his altered MAC.
"Yes, I am the Doctor, come on in!" The Doctor decided it was probably rude to keep scanning people, so he put his new toy in his pocket, turning to the big kid, "Interesting idea, and I will make note of it. We may or may not go anywhere today, but I do suddenly feel like testing some things out."
The Doctor turned to Swartz, "It's.... an upgrade.... I made for my MAC.... thinking about doing it as a gift to students when they become sophomores actually... so make sure to keep up with those studies!"
The Doctor quickly got up and walked in front of his desk, now holding up his history book, opened to a chapter he found rather interesting, "Alright class! Open up your history books to page 204!"
The Chapter had a very brief mention to Roanoke.
"CROATON, Roanoke island, colonists. What, class am I speaking of when I use these three terms together? Does anybody know? Go ahead and give off a shout!"

Swartz sat in his seat as the Doctor asked his question, and saiad the answer quickly, he didn't want anyone else stealing it. "It is the lost colony of Roanoke Island. John White, grandfather of the first English Child born in the new World, left the colony to gather supplies to help them from England. However, he was embroiled in a war and couldn't return for Three Years. When he did, he found the colony empty and everyone gone, and the only hint was teh word CROATON carved in a tree. He had left instructions to carve a cross in a tree if they left, not a word, and CROATON was the name of an island close by home to a group of peace loving indians. No one knows what happened to the Colonists, and they are now refered to as The Lost Colony." Swartz had some trouble remembering the answer, and he wasn't completely sure he had it all right, but he figured it was close enough.

Jeremy took his seat, after the doctor had finished speaking. He watched the doctor stand and ask a question, to which he really wasnt sure of the answer. Luckily for him, the german boy from sex ed spoke up, giving the answer. Jeremy turned to face the front, eyes on the doctor to see his response.
It sounded interesting, and maybe something he would look into, but maybe he wouldnt have to. The doctor seemed intent on explaing everything about it to them, so jeremy waited in his seat, prepared with whatever was to come.

I'm late! I'm late! I'm late! I'm late! I'm late! I'm late! I'm LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE!
Matrim ran to history, not because he was afraid of getting in trouble, but because he was afraid they would leave without him. He knew if he wasn't there in time they might leave in that box and he'd only make it for the end of class.
He used his MAC and opened the door.
Empty! DAMNIT!
He quickly studied the room...
"This isn't the right classroom! PHEW!"
He quickly began running to the right classroom, opening it's door with the MAC to see the classroom, "Sorry... I'm late..... slipped.... in shower...... bonked.... head...."
Matrim said, gasping for breath. It wasn't a lie, that was the real reason he was late. Of course, the lack of oxygen and running straight after that didn't seem to help. Also, he seemed to have forgotten something.
He looked down and realized he forgot to put on a shirt, and shoes or socks for that matter. He looked up again, "Although you have to admit, at least I remembered the pants."
He quickly took a seat, slightly shivering.

Jeremy watched Mat enter, without a shirt, socks or shoes. He did have pants on though, which he was thankful for. Reaching up, Jeremy unbuttoned the black dress shirt he was wearing, then tossed it over to mat after he took his seat. It was made of a synthesized material, something his sensei had sent him. It kept you warm when you were cold, and kept you cool when you were hot. It had the feeling of silk, and was as hard as steel though light-weight and flowing. Jeremy had a Black white tank top on, so he wasn't completely bare-chested.
"Here ya go, bro. I think i speak for everyone when i say, please, put it on." He had a grin on his face, letting mat know he was joking. It was a friendly gesture on Jeremy's part. He knew that, to survive here, you were gonna need some friends, and mat was as close to a friends as any so far. He figured he might as well help him out.

Lunari had kept her mouth shut for the most part, instead prefering to slink quietly to the back of the room, sitting at a students desk, and putting her bag next to said desk. She listened for maybe five minutes before she became destracted, much like any student would, pulling out a MAC chip, a pair of glasses, the same frames she had while fighting Jeremiah, and went to work refitting them, so she didn't have to use the Eye's of Luna day in and out.
However, she had kept on listening as she worked, causing a few sparks here and there. Nothing in particular had interested her quite yet, except for maybe the small sparks as she rebuilt her MAC glasses. "What is so special about this class Solly...?" She asked to herself in a low whisper.

Matrim buttoned up the shirt, laughing a little at jeremy's joke. He liked the feel of the shirt, even though it was entirely too big for him. After all was said and done, it didn't look half bad considering the heigth difference.
"Heh, thanks man. I owe you one." Matrim said, fully intending on paying the man back somehow, to show that he truly wanted to befriend him. Not just because of his size, but because he seemed like Matrim's sort of guy. A tough dude, obviously able to handle himself in a fight.
Matrim looked around and noticed a girl. He could have sword she said something, but obviously to herself.
Oh she's in for a surprise if she hates history... I was the same way..... Hey this shirt feels kinda nice and toasty!

"CORRECTEMUNDO! Sort of..... mostly.... well. Thats the story you should know any-" He was interupted when a boy wearing hardly anything except for trousers came in the room and made an excuse about falling in a shower. He went to a seat when the taller kid threw him a shirt, obviously a nice shirt, making the gesture that much better. "In any case.... back to Roanoke Island.... CROATON and such....... The truth is that they were abducted..... sorta. Why do you think there was bad weather in the first place? There was an alien, a dangerous one hiding amongst them. Soon they were neck deep in Judoon. Think of them as.... intergalactic police, ones that have no problem sentencing people. So, these Judoon in particular ended up trying to kill everyone who was there, luckily I got them that alien, and by the time it was all said and done the Judoon left. However, they realized they weren't going to survive since they didn't have any help. Yes, they assimilated. Most of them had short lives, but for the most part they all lead very good lives, some married the native americans, had children even. Of course, disease became a factor, but such is life." The Doctor then took out his modified MAC, "And now the moment I've been waiting for, which occurs two seconds before the moment you all have been waiting for...." He pushed the button that sent a signal to the TARDIS. Suddenly the TARDIS roared to life next to the Doctor. "How about that? It worked.... that is great.....I love this thing!" The Doctor said kissing his modified MAC. He still favored his sonic screwdriver, but for now this device was useful and he didn't get frustrated with it like he did before. "Now then. One destination, one trip, and we are going to leave the TARDIS this time. Of course, I'm choosing the time and place, because now that I've shown you I'm not a nutball about time travel, I'm going to prove to you lot the existence of other species on other planets. Everyone on board, Lunari, I expect you'll be as facinated as your brother."

Tinkering, more tinker...the chip goes here, a little solder there. Let's see, integrate that circuit. Yes, go Lunari! She thought to herself, still obviously engulfed in her work. Another circuit here...aliens were on Roanoke Island...slight flu...
Her mind went blank just at that moment. Looking up, she almost dropped her soldering iron, but caught it in her fingers right before hand. Was this...Doctor actually advocating the existence of aliens in a lecture? That was beyond odd to say the least. Her glowing orange eyes drifted up, and lip furled to point out her inner skeptic. Now she was listening, and listening hard. It was obvious from the start this was no ordinary teacher, but this was just silly.
At about that moment, the TARDIS rolled into the room, and Lunari jumped a little bit, her beret popping off, and on at a different angle. "Okay, apparently Solaris wasn't nuts..." She looked around and got up as the Doc ordered everyone on board...once again, she was skeptical...it was a small box to say the least. "How about that? It worked.... that is great.....I love this thing!" Just about passing the Doc, she peered at the MAC, it was obviously different. "Don't tell my brother about that mod, he's a little sensitive about his tech..."
