The SkyHound gracefully made its way toward the school, and already the damage was evident, from the cockpit, you could see fire, smoke, the works. It appeared the tower however was still intact, damaged, but there. Kane and Solaris had built it well, and even if the tower were to fall, the AI core wouldn't with it. It was reinforced against such a possibility.
As the gunship approached the school, it started to take small arms fire from Paladin forces, and with a burst of moonlight, Lunari had pulled the last door shut. Lights inside the VTOL came on as pings could be heard...bullets ricocheting of the ceramic plating. "Hang on everyone, were going in hot!"
"Commander, you are cleared to engage forces outside of the school. If it shoots, shoot back." "Roger ma'am." As soon as it was mentioned, the minigun turret on the VTOL opened up on ground forces, making them run and scurry for cover. Some of the fire from the ground stopped but not all.
Lunari called out over the radio. "Any chance some teachers or someone could get us a landing spot?"

The call was screamed across all the radios. The Paladins heard it, and began to double their forces in the area. They began to swarm all around, by order of the man in charge. The few tanks they had left concentrated on taking the helicopter down.
The man in the tank, taking careful aim of at the flying enemy in the sky. Down to his very core of his being, the man would try to kill the people in the the copter. He hated anyone who would even help these monsters. They were just as bad as the evil they were helping. So he took very careful aim at it.
At the same time the men swarming the ground below made it very clear that anyone coming out to try and clear a landing zone was going to have to go through a lot of bodies to do so. They were just waiting for some one to tear into.

Natasha had heard the cry for help. The call for anyone. They would get their principal. The red head had hit the armory, granting access for Solaris for just a bit in this emergency. Something he needed. The woman had still been in her armor and her bloody suit. As well as her father's sword swung over her shoulder, held by a single arm. Now she had a pistol in her belt, and a shotgun in her other hand.
"If they want a landing zone, they'll get a fucking landing zone."
And with that she stormed outside. The red head wanted blood, and she would get blood to ease that need. Shotgun barrel first, pointed straight into the first man's face. She didn't even care if she was making a widow at the moment. She pulled the trigger as he brought up his own gun to shoot her. End game for the man.
With that, Natasha began to clear as much men out of the way as possible. Those in her small group would have to watch themselves as she moved. The sword rippling through the air as she sliced through several bodies at the same time. The shotgun firing until she was out of ammo, switching to the small hand gun. Firing and swinging, blood caking her form as she moved into the heat of things. She was faster, she was strong, a whirlwind of death among their ranks.

Jeremy, having searched the tower for quite a while, couldnt find any trace of sephora or Alex. He wondered if maybe they were dead, or if they had gone to the AI core...he wasnt sure where the core would be, but he hoped beyond hope that they made it there. He turned around, seeing a student run inside. The boy looked scared, and, turning to jeremy, began to make his was over.
A bullet pierced the side of the kids skull.
Two men came inside when the tower was rocked with a blast, slabs of the building coming down and crushing both men. Jeremy couldnt get the boys look out of his head. He wanted jeremys help, was asking with his eyes for jeremy to help him.
Then, he died.
He walked over to the boys body and, looking down at him in pity, bent over, looking at the bikers gloves he wore, the ones with sleevless fingers. He took them off the kid, putting them on himself, the cubby boys hands allowing for a nice, tight fit for jeremys big ones.
Oh, it was on.
He ran for the front doors after putting on the gloves and stopped, looking down at the bodies of two soldiers who were at the front steps and the weapons strapped to they're backs. He grinned again, grabbing the weapons and walking out the front doors, the smile still on his face.
He brought up the M16's, facing them both to the men that were nearer the front of the tower. He had heard the call come over the radio on the soldiers dead body, and recognized it as the teacher who had put him down not too long ago. It was time to thank her.
He open fired at the men, cutting them down easily, not caring who was out in they're midst. Men screamed and went down, dead or injured, and as the pieces of the building fell down in front of him from the mortars hitting above, Jeremy jumped through them, hay-hooks in his hands and blood covering his face.
Time to remind these men that he was still alive.
He only hoped Sephora and Alex had made it.

Alaya had been with her sister the whole time. As her sister's armor was the set she was wearing. Natasha was wearing their father's. Though she felt jealous about that, it couldn't be helped. Alaya wouldn't be able to fit into the stuff, nor would she be able to lift the sword.
As for herself, she didn't think Natasha would let her get her hands on a gun. But that was quite fine with her. The sword was all she really needed. She'd take a gun from a fallen soldier.
She had come through the door behind Natasha. The sword being unsheathed first, a light swing with one hand, and it's tip caught a man in the throat, blood spattered, and she got wet. The shiny armor got a little red. She followed through with the spin, and cut him again across the chest. As he fell, she.. requisitioned his handgun, and sheathed her sword.
Individual aimed shots were used with the weapon. She actually aimed for vital spots, shooting men, left and right. There were head shots, there were chest shots, there were many deaths.
She only wished she had the time to skin them. But that wasn't exactly something that she needed to be doing in the middle of all this mess. She was chuckling to herself, as she ran out of ammo with the first weapon she had taken, and unsheathed her sword.
"Так это детство отца было как!"
So this is what Father's childhood was like!
Yes, her dad was a child soldier, he had lived through that kind of chaos. He grew up in it. And now she got to feel it. It made her feel alive, it made her feel like she had a similar connection to him.
Ping!
A bullet hit her in the shoulder plate, she stumbled a little, bled some, then raised her sword and let herself slay another enemy in a violent swing.

Six years. Six long, horrible years in this place, restricted to nothing but the tower sanctum, the inner circle of a megalomaniacs school council with nothing to do but logistics work. This would never do, never at all. Solaris had been built and bred as a nanite warrior, a soldier of the state, the commander of thousands. He hadn't felt this good in over six long years.
Natasha had earlier brought in her key, the sacred principals key in which the power to the core was held. At least, as far as he was concerned. Solaris was almost sure Doc could do something else with him, but that key, that damned key was the key to his heart. Literally. It allowed him for the first time to experience the joys of LimitBreak form, in which he went back to his roots. The last time he'd used this form in force was that time he'd killed a Hikari Industries bounty hunter. Poor boy didn't know what hit him. But that was another story.
The time was 0700 hours, day three of the Paladin siege, and as of right now, the school was losing. There was just too many of them. Sending Lunari out after those students had been the wrong choice...if he knew these religious zealous would be attacking, well...you know. Two students gone, maybe more saved? It would have been a worthwhile trade. But that was behind them, it was time to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And Solaris couldn't chew.
The core unlocked into LimitBreak, the entire school was now for the most part unlocked, every door, every restricted area. It didn't matter. Solaris could now hold weapons and other equipment outside the tower...the Paladins would not step into the core.
Ever.
Telling the teachers to guard the Qi-inactive students, he formed his aesthetic armor around him, as three weapons appeared, two on his back, one in his hands. A Core Nanite Sniper Rifle, BR66 Battle Rifle, and a SR-6 .50 Cal handcannon. Oh yes, there would be hell.
In his anger, Solaris walked himself to the front lobby, and took the stairs to the 10th floor. He needed a good vantage point...and a place to make himself known. Finally, he unhooked his sniper rifle, mounted it on the window, and sighted.
There.
A Paladin in the open. Death. Take one.
*SNAP*
A transparent 1mm beam sliced through the mans head. Gone, completely. "Take your heads and get out of my school!" *SNAP* Another headshot.
Fun times to be had.

Lina was with her mother, and her aunt. And the other man they had picked up. He was an odd one, now wasn't he? The tan girl had picked up a couple of her own sorts of weapons when her mother had picked up her shotguns and such. A couple of knives, some strapped to her belt, others in her hands. She knew how to use the handguns the paladins were using.
The young girl dashed outside behind the other females. She had one knife in each hand. Her mother slashed and hacked and created chaos. Everyone was concentrating on the tallest one in the area by far. So Lina did what she had to. Though she was really in jail, and for horrible reasons, Lina had never killed some one.
She would have to now.
The girl went in behind the other two, finishing off anyone who some who survived those two. Slashing throats, finishing them off. She picked up a handgun or two, shoving them in her belt as she went. And then, she was confronted by a completely healthy, 100% solider who seemed to be acting a little weird. Instantly she pulled out the gun and fired rapidly at him.
One dead. All on her own, her mother or her aunt had been off doing other things. She turned to more live, unharmed men and continued to fire. Blood, splattering on her as she hit men who were still concentrating on the other two. With such strong women with swords, who'd pay attention to little ole her? And there were plenty of guns to go around off of the fallen.
Lina didn't know she had Qi, or anything like it. She was concentrating so hard on the battle, she didn't know that she was pumping out her vibes more so than normal.

"Ma'am! Tanks, and I'm running low on ammo!" Not good. The 30mm cannon was nearly empty, and still about 10 or more tanks. And more soldiers. They were much like the hydra, for every one that was turned to swiss, 3 more just joined. The hell. "Commander, get us on the ground...ALIVE if possible." The VTOL in turn made one more pass, running the rest of its ammo out. It was time to get on the ground.
"Okay guys, wake up!"
Lunari yelled as the VTOL lurched violently to the left, a flak shell smashing into right side, causing serious, but not threatening damage. Tanks, and no way to take them out. If they can't take them out, there wasn't a chance in hell Lunari was going down either.
Not a chance.
Slugging off the tank rounds, the Commander expertly evaded the others. It appeared Solaris and crew had finally cleared an LZ suitable for the airfield. "There! Land there!" And land he would do. The SkyHounds engines went vertical as it also pulled into position. More small arms fire, and more tank fire, although the VTOL was now in partial cover. Instead, the tanks shells crashed into the building, shattering a side of it.
"Let's go!"
The VTOL had landed rather close to the tower...Reira needed help. Hoorah for the ground forces.

The airship landed behind him in the area he was keeping clear, the adrenaline in his veins giving wake to new energy. He tore into the men with a vengeance, bodies flying into the air as Jeremy hurled them with all his strength. Blood was everywhere, and Jeremy began to hear music in his head. He wondered if he was losing his mind. He drew ever more men to him as he roared and laughed. The song was "In this river" by black label society. Bodies lay scattered about him, men trying to back off and get a clear shot but Jeremy not allowing it, moving ever close and killing ever more. The tanks didn't concern him. He just didn't care anymore. "All shall fade to black, ain't no coming back" as the song his head played told him. He was a red machine, killing and killing and killing, falling deeper into insanity. A bullet pierced his stomach, stopping him in his tracks. He closed his eyes briefly, the pain registering and threatening to overwhelm him. He coughed up blood, and dropped to a knee, the swirling images of the bodies around him flashing through his vision. He took a deep breath and stood again, bringing his left hook up into the crotch of the man who was closest. They had dropped they're guns, thinking it useless, and so tried to attack him with they're knives or bare hands. He ripped off the soldiers manhood, then grabbed a head with his other hook, tearing out the left side of his face. He dropped the hooks, his hands slipping on they're grasp, but it didn't stop the mayhem. He grabbed a mans head and head-butted him, knocking him back. He stuck a thumb in an eye, broke a mans arm over his shoulder, and tore out more throats than he had fingers. Another bullet hit, less than an inch away from the first one. Jeremy stopped again, falling to his knees once more. So many wounds. He had spent so much time and energy saving those within, and nobody would ever know. Where was his help? Who was going to save him? Nobody, because nobody cared about Jeremiah Sykes. He was left on his knees as a man stepped forward and placed a gun to his head. "Time to die, freak." Jeremy reached up and grabbed the hand, pulling it down and biting a chunk out of the meat in his fore-arm. Unless someone came, and soon, Jeremy would die here. The soldiers began to pick up guns. Jeremy just kept breathing. OOC(( If someone saves him, Jeremy will live. Otherwise, he dies. If any are inclined, please do step in, or if you want to see him pass on, dont.))

"Okay guys, wake up!"
Matrim rose his head up to see he had been slobbering in his sleep, wiping it off quickly he went to work. He got ready, he was wearing his sneakers having brought his and Reira's bags on board. He through on his Jacket after taking it out of his bag. He grabbed his hemp necklace and put it on. He threw down the bandanna that served as a sign to the gang.
He was in this one alone. For the next few hours, he wasn't a member of the enforcement squad. He wasn't Matrim Gallagher, he wasn't the son of Luke. He was the student of Luke Gallagher. One of the only things his father could do was fight groups of people. With guns? That made it a problem, but the shield was something his father never had. Now things were on an even level. They couldn't shoot him for awhile, and he could get up close and personal.
"Get Reira stitched up. Reira, take a brake, if you want to fight, wait awhile until you stop bleeding and get something to eat. And when you do, bring me a banana or something please?" Matrim said, giving her a wink.
"Oh, well, time to go to work." Matrim said activating his shield, he ran off to join the others. He had fought Natasha, met Lina, but didn't pay attention to who else was there at the moment.
Nice sword chick.
"HEY! I'M GONE TWO DAYS AND YOU LET THIS PLACE GO TO SHIT? WHAT THE HELL?"
Bullets..... bullets hurt, even with the shield it was like being bombarded with rubber bullets. Matrim ran up straight at one of them, jamming them in the face. The group pulled out knives, three soldiers came at him from behind while he charged a soldier, he grabbed the arm of the soldier, twisting it the way it wasn't suppose do go, stripping the M-16.
"So I just pull the trigger and..." The gun shot a three round burst, Matrim nearly shot his own foot, so he turned around and began squeezing the trigger like mad. "HOLY HELL!"
Matrim wasn't used to this, but he could get used to this. "Well this one's out of ammo....." Matrim threw that gun away and grabbed two pistols, slung an M-16 over his shoulder, and a knife. He put the knife in his belt and one of the pistols in his belt. Using the other pistol he began shooting the heads of soldiers.
"Ok.... so just pull the.... oh thats a safety.... alright then this is..."
Matrim saw a grenade being thrown at him, Matrim reached up, grabbing the grenade he threw it back, "RANDOM FLYING OBJECTS DO NOT SCARE ME!"
Matrim began shooting while charging soldiers, ditching one gun he went to the next, pistol whipping soldiers in the head while they were distracted with all the other targets in the area.
"What the hell....." Matrim got a good look of the surroundings now, everything was shot to shit, and the soldiers appeared to be winning quite well. In any case, Matrim planned on staying as long as he could. He looked over and saw Lina fighting.
"Looking good Lina!" Matrim called out running towards her, emptying the his second handgun, only managing to get a shoulder shot on a soldier. He got the M-16 out. "So what do you think? It's a good place and all, but the neighborhood's a bit dodgy."
What little english accent he had came out in this sentence.
Hey, nothing better then a chick shooting soldiers down with guns. Nothing hotter, anyway.

Lina's icy eyes snapped toward Mat for a moment and only a moment. At that very moment a bullet sliced along her arm. Those eyes that had been narrowed in major annoyance suddenly shot open in pain. The red head didn't handle pain very well. It made her angry, oh so very angry.
The gun was out of bullets, she chucked it away from her body and continued shooting with the other one. Going for the head or the torso, trying to make the shots count.
"I swear to God I'm going to kill you after all this is done."
She pretty much screamed at him in Russian, one of the three she knew. The red head, pulled out a knife in her bad hand, and kept it up, to defend herself when the time came. They were fighting a loosing battle at the moment. At least it seemed that way to Lina.
"You like dropping in uninvited?"
She picked up around gun from a downed solider. Ready to rock and roll, right? She fired right over Matrim's shoulder at a solider behind him. Icy eyes glancing all around for more targets. Her blood was rushing in her ears. A headache was beginning to form, but she had no time to concentrate on that at all. She just kept shooting, even if it didn't down some one.

Jeremy's breath was ragged, his voice growing horse. Still he laughed. The men raised their guns, but didn't fire, a man stepping forward and bringing out a silver desert eagle. He was a big man, bigger than any around him, save for Jeremy. Jeremy glared up at him, the grin ever present on his face. He coughed more blood, the metallic taste bombarding his tongue. The man spoke.
"I'm sick of your defiance. Your nothing but a brute, and I'm going to end this fight here."
Jeremy lifted his finger and flipped him off.
"Hows this for defiance?"
He spat the mix of blood and snot and spit in the mans face. The guy jumped back in disgust and wiped it off his face, cocking the gun and pointing it down at the brutal killer who had torn apart (literally) so many of his fellow troops.
'Well, I guess this is it. What a fucked up life. I cant wait for death. I welcome it.'
And with that, he stared down the barrel of the gun, expected its resounding bang any second.

Natasha was in the full swing of things. She was killing the enemy left and right all around her. The giant sword that was her father's killing more than the gun that was in her other hand. She was full of blood rage, wanting more death at her own hands.
And then she saw a boy downed. One not in uniform, one of her own students. Natasha launched herself that way as a man stood above him. The blade that was already covered in blood sliced through him with a swing of her arm. It entered in the crook of his neck and exited around his right hip. A blow that would ensure he would never return to the world of the living.
"We have a student downed over here!!!"
She screamed it over her shoulder at the others, hoping at least one would hear and respond to her. She then proceeded to defend the downed student. Firing her gun until it was spent, and slicing the sword through more bodies than she could count. The boy would be cheated his death. Natasha would never care about that. She would never give up on life until it was taken from her. Never would she be that weak.
After all, she still wanted to sleep in her husband's arms another night a least. She missed him. It was the ache in her heart that would never cease until she saw Demon again. But that was another story for another time. For now she just concentrated on the men she must kill.

"Ooooh nice shot!" Matrim looked over to see a man being cut by a very large sword, the comment he made earlier about the other girls sword was completely over run by what Natasha Sabir was wielding.
Not to Self: A) Never ever ever again fight Natasha B) Never piss off Natasha C) Never insult any of Natasha's family D) Do each and every thing that woman ever asks me again, replying, "yes m'am no m'am" to any question she has.
this self realization brought to you by the Paladins.
Paladins, join us and make a killing, or be killed!
Matrim got out of this frame of mind for a second to focus. He thought of what his dad taught him, using an enemies attack against them. As great as that sounded, Matrim wasn't sure how much direct shots he could take before his shield finally gave him the middle finger and spider webbed.
"OK this will have to do...." Matrim started dancing.
Yes, dancing. Have a problem with that?
Mosh mixed with hardcore mixed with kick boxing to be exact. His father was a raving mad lunatic when it came to learning real fighting styles, but with improvising against more then one enemy, he made it look easy. Matrim wasn't his father, not by a long shot, but he mixed in what he could.
Lowering his upper body to the ground he threw a kick that could make Chuck Norris jealous into the face of a Paladin who had been shooting towards Natasha, the Paladins gun shot another Paladin, who had been shooting towards the area Jeremy was in, his aim was not only bad, but when he was shot he threw off to the side and shot another Paladin. Sadly the train ended here. But Matrim got a few ideas about how he was going to handle things. First things first.
Matrim slammed his forearm against the back of a Paladin's neck, the nearly unconscious body fell lump into Matrim's arms. Matrim grabbed the soldier lifting him up with his left arm, and began firing the M-16 with his right arm. Each 3 round burst having better aim then the last, he still wasn't used to shooting. He didn't figure he ever would be. He looked over to Lina, "Uninvited? They sent a search team just to bring me back here to help! I tried refusing the invitation---"
The scream of the body shield he was using cut him off as soldiers began pumping rounds into their comrades body, obviously not realizing he was only unconscious. "But every time I leave, they pull me right back in!"
Matrim shot a few of the soldiers, he got a head shot, but it wasn't square in the middle of the head, more like a very ugly looking graze. Most of the other bullets went into torso's however. He figured that was the biggest target, and thus the best one for him to aim at.
"Something's strange about these guys, it's like they aren't trained. Either that or we're just really good. I mean, you seem to be really good at this. This why you're here? Shooting soldiers? Because I think I like the idea of having someone like you around. Not that I need protection, but hey, every bit helps."
Matrim dropped the soldier he had been holding as a body shield and clubbed down another one with the now emptied M-16. He grabbed that soldiers handgun, storing it in his belt line, and picked up his M-16.
Matrim felt a few more rounds collide with his arm and shoulder. He was OK with the pain, but he wondered how long his shield might really last, and just how long anybody else would last given the amount of soldiers and tanks.

Her face never flickered from that grim expression she wore. No, this was killing, no matter how you dressed it up or thought about it. Lina had never killed before. She had never killed before....
And yet she put a round into a man's forehead that was lying on the ground for some odd reason. She had to kill, or be killed. Her shirt now almost matched the crimson of her hair. The tanned skin young woman replied to him as she kept up the banter with the other student.
"I shot up the mafia and they didn't like it."
No, she was running out of ammo once again. Lina chucked it into the face of another solider, trying to stay close to Mat without getting in his way. A rather hard thing to do. The young Sabir girl didn't like this. It wasn't suppose to be like this here. Secure place her ass!!!
She heard her mother yelling for something or another. Lina didn't hear her exact words, just her voice. Reassuring herself that her mother was fine, Lina continued to fight. At least, until another bullet pierced her flesh. The same arm, this time going through it completely. She cried out, stumbling for a moment as her other hand clutched the wound.
"SHIT!!!"
This wasn't going to be good at all.
