1.) You may have as many members as you want in your gang, but they must all be PC's (Player Characters).
2.) All recruiting must be done IC
3.) You may only be in one gang at a time.
4.) If you have an aproved bio, you may start a gang.
5.) You must have 2 PC members recruited before you actually start the gang itself IC
6.) After gaining your 2 PC members you will have 10 NPCs that hold 10s for all their stats
These rules are dirrectly from 259, except for the last two, i give them credit rather than myself
