All by himself now Austin was free to speak his mind. Of course, that wasn't how he operated. He thought stuff, all the time, it was how he figured stuff out. Stuff in his life, normal everyday stuff, or he would try to figure out the future. It all depended on his mood. Today, of course, was self reflection of everything that happened up until this point.
He didn't know if it was his Qi that drove him to do this, but it was his Qi that allowed him to do this. In the end he just wanted silence and solitude, he found that in water.
The pond wasn't very deep, someone would see him if they walked up to it, this bothered Austin a little, but he knew this was the closest he could have to perfect tranquility, so he stuck with it.
He jumped in feet first, he crossed his legs and went to work with his Qi. Increasing the density of the water he pushed his body down, and then continued his Qi's work. He didn't need to draw water, he was surrounded with it. All his Qi's reserve went to making air bubbles in the water. It would start out as if there was a dent in the surface of the water, then it'd appear like a bowl, and then a bubble of air would drop down, surrounding Austin's head, who would then breathe in the air, breathe out, and let go of the air bubble, bringing down a new one.
He did so every 10 seconds, it didn't take too much Qi. It was just increasing the density a little. Of course, he began to think in his head.
Family killed.... sensei died.... and here I am.... I have friends back home who miss me... and I'm stuck in a prison school..... how do I get out of this one.... sit it out? That's what Sensei would teach, at least... I think it would be. He always went for the peaceful resolution, he wasn't big on fighting. So fighting my way out of hear wouldn't be smart. Talking it out with authorities would normally be the way to do it, but in this case my Jailor's aren't going to let me out. Court order, I'm stuck here... there's no evidence that can free me.... I'm stuck here. If I stay a pacifist... I doubt that I will survive.... but would it be better to keep my pacifist ideal's? Should I let this place rob me of my innocence.....
Austin was losing track of time, as he often did in the water.

Michelle was tired, nervous and hungry. She needed to get out to get her mind of food. It wasn't time for her to eat just yet, and in the back of her mind she kept thinking perhaps she shouldn't even eat that. She just needed some peace and quiet.
After scouting on the school map she noticed a small plot of water on it. That would be perfect, not many students might be there and she could get away from everyone. Still her hunger was still getting to her so she grabbed an apple before leaving.
A few bites into it she could already tell she would throw it up later. Right now it would just keep her from passing out. As she drew closer to the water she noticed something strange about it. The water was moving slightly, like it was bubbling. Slowly after that she could hear someone's thoughts.
Michelle looked around a bit startled. "Is someone there?" She called out expecting someone to jump out and scare her. It was at least clear the person was nearby if not right behind her. She spun around quickly at the thought but saw no one there. "So weird..."

Austin barely heard something, something above the water calling out. Or rather, to be more precise, someone. Austin decided he could do one of two things, make a showy intrance, or he could swim up and somehow be forced to talk about how he was down in the water that deep for that long. He didn't usually do showy stuff, but whatever got him out of talking too much.
He knew this would use a lot of his Qi reserve, it would exhaust him. He would be done meditating underwater for the day, but still he did it. Slowly he increased the density of the entire small pond. Then slowly, but surely, his body was pushed up from under him, he allowed his body to get out before the pressure was too much, but then he pressurized the water the best he could, making appear as though he was walking on water, he stepped out. In all reality he was balancing on an impossible thing to balance on, and managed to luck out of it.
As soon as his left foot landed he saw the girl with her apple, she looked hungry still. And at the same time she was so small, and fragile looking. Much like Austin himself looked at times.
"Uhm..... Hi..." Austin said, looking up at the girl.

Michelle turned quickly, a little too quickly to be exact. She tripped and fell dropping her apple. It rolled over to Austin's feet as she slowly rose brushing herself off. Great move Michelle...making a fool of yourself again...bet he thinks you are stupid now...
She sighed inwardly before smiling at him. "Hello...um...can I ask where you came from? You sort of well...startled me..." Michelle knew it must have been his thoughts she had heard, no one else was even close enough otherwise.

Finally! A day with no students, no teachers...no books, no paper. Just a beautiful, lightly clouded sky casting just the right amount of shadow to keep the school grounds lightly breezy and exceptionally comfortable. Not working today, she'd planned on meditating in her tree, and still in the mindset, had grabbed her tribal outfit (First Picture), MAC, and materialized the Twilight Scythe. With no nanotech anywhere but embedded in her skull, she had to apply one of Doc's patches directly to the skin. It was rather an awkward feeling for the first few minutes, being charged with so much energy, but that quickly wore off during her trek to the tree.
However, her tranquility was quickly broken as the Eye's of Luna, a visual Qi technique, picked movement up across the field at a small pool. She had hoped to avoid talk and chatter...but the Awren mindset was focused on curiosity...and so off she went.
Approaching the pond, there was a girl but a little taller than her, and...bubbles in the water? Someone was down there. "Uh...is someone down there?" Lunari asked lightly to the girl nearby.

Austin raised his hand from behind the girl, "Umm.... I was....?" She clearly hadn't witnessed him leave the pond, but he turned to the girl who had fell and spoke up to her.
"Umm... I'm sorry, really I'm so sorry..." He picked up the apple and thought about wiping it off on his shirt... but it was soaked, along with his swim trunks. He then turned to her as she got up wondering why she fell.
"I was... in the water... I didn't mean to.... it's just I thought that..... well... ummm." He couldn't be as audible as he wanted to, the girl was too attractive and he felt so shy, he seemed like a jerk who wanted to scare her or something and thats the last thing he wanted to do.
Why didn't I just slowly come out of the water.... Austin thought to himself trying to come up with a way to make an excuse for what he had done.
"I dropped my MAC.... and so I went in for it.... and got caught... and well I got out of the water and saw you standing there... I haven't met you...... ummm." Austin looked down and then back up trying to smile a little bit, managing a grin, "I'm Austin...."

Michelle giggled quietly, Austin is his name huh? I wonder if he thinks me stupid? In truth his words and thoughts weren't the only thing she found funny. She hadn't really noticed his wet clothes until then. "The water must be really deep...and your MAC must have fallen down rather far. I mean for your clothes to be so wet and your getting caught under for so long...I was afraid perhaps someone was drowning."
She looked him over taking note of how shy he was, it was a charming quality. "My name is Michelle, Michelle Bashere." She smiled backing hoping he didn't think her rude for laughing at him. It was then she turned to the other girl shorter than herself. "And who might you be miss?" Michelle didn't want to be rude to the other stranger who had happened upon Austin as well.

"Umm.... I was....?" Lunari jumped a little at the presence of the boy behind her. She still saw some bubbles coming up, now realizing they were the after effects of the boys Qi...there was a lingering energy she could see from her eyes. Quite an impressive little ability he had. Quite impressive indeed.
"I dropped my MAC.... and so I went in for it.... and got caught... and well I got out of the water and saw you standing there... I haven't met you...... ummm."
Lunari squinted her eyes and looked down through the pond. It was pretty dang deep right now, but nothing a MAC couldn't handle. "Well...I can ask Solaris to dredge it up if you really need." She replied to that notion. This Alex, as he later presented himself seemed reasonable, and oddly distant and shy. Poor guy must have something on his mind...or he's just naturally like that. Oh well, so was she unless provoked.
"And who might you be miss?" She'd almost forgotten about this girl. "I could ask you the exact same question. Lunari Awren, Astrophysics...and I'm going to get my brother if you can't fetch the MAC out..."

Austin reached into his pocket and pulled out his MAC, moving it side to side to show he has it. He didn't feel like being bugged too awful much, the more people, the more explanations he'd have to give.
"Don't worry... I can hold my breath for a long time...." Austin said, getting tired from having used up most of his Qi for a showy entrance that nobody even saw.
Austin handed over the apple to the girl, "You look hungry, maybe that's why you fell.... you need more energy...."
Understatement of the year and Austin didn't even realize it.

"Pleasure to meet you Miss Arwen." Michelle said to her, she seemed nice enough, just a bit strange to her. It was then Austin called her attention.
How kind of him...to be worried about me...if he only knew... She smiled and took the apple from him wipping a bit of dirt from it's skin. She rubbed it against her shirt before holding it up to the light. "Thank you Austin, I suppose I might not have as much energy today. I'm afraid I skipped breakfast. Guess next time I'll be sure to eat. You look a bit tired yourself...need some food yourself perhaps?"

"Oh.... maybe..." Austin thought about it, he hadn't eaten. Maybe he could use some food. Maybe they could go some place to eat. "We should both probably get some food then..... I don't think that apple will cut it....."
Does this place have good food? Austin wondered, thinking to himself what he was hungry for, Maybe a salad or something.... a veggie sub... that sounds good.
"Maybe like.... a sandwich or something....... come on!" Austin broke out of his shy tradition and grabbed the girls hand and took off, attempting to pull her along to find the cafeteria. "You can come too Ms. Awren!"

Michelle sighed and followed along as he pulled her. Even if Austin was rather frail so was she, and without any energy from food that made her weaker. So she had no choice but to follow. "Really Austin...I am ok...I don't eat much you know..."
Really Michelle hated people fussing over her, or trying to get her to eat. She was fine, couldn't he see that? If he fed her more than she wished then she would need to spend a bit of time in the bathroom later. The music would blare in her room and no one would be the wiser. "I mean really Austin, I am fine. It's not like I am falling over from exhaustion."

"Pleasure to meet you Miss Arwen." "And you too." She replied soon after. Students made great observational material...and eager to get a little closer, gladly accepted the girl's offer to go eat. She wasn't dressed as a teacher right now, and as long as she stayed like that...not giving it away, she might get some new things to learn and study. If it wasn't technology, it was other subjects, if it wasn't other subjects, most often, it was the kids she would be teaching later on. If they were to find out she was a teacher, who knows what might happen considering this school.
The small group hurried along, the girl in tow by the boy, and Lunari following a couple seconds back, just watching as the two interacted. The boy seemed shy at first, but then had an outgoing burst of energy...so what about the girl? "Really Austin...I am ok...I don't eat much you know..."
"That is such an understatement..." She thought to herself. While taller, she seemed almost the same weight as her...which was a tough feat for anyone if you can call it that.

Yeah.... you were.... Austin said to himself. He wasn't exactly the strongest kid, or the toughest, but he knew something when he saw it. This girl was far too unhealthy.
"Come on! We're gonna go eat, and then we'll have more energy, and then I can show you something really cool!" Austin felt a bit outgoing considering his normal attitude, but this was how he got. This girl needed to eat, then he needed to keep her close making sure she digested the food. Of course, he had other plans too. He was gonna show her his Qi, since she hadn't seen it before, but the food and the break would be necessary to use his Qi again.
"Here we are!" He finally reached the Cafeteria which was located behind the tower, it wasn't very large but it was better food then normal schools. Austin lead the way in and grabbed himself a salad and a strawberry parfait. He then turned to the girl, "Go on, get something to eat, you'll want your strength trust me. You too miss Lunari!"
Austin called back not noticing if Lunari had kept up, I wonder why this girl got here... she seems innocent enough. Then again, I'm here too...

Michelle sighed, it seemed as though she wasn't getting out of this. Austin was forcing her to do something she didn't want to. The foods scent wasn't helping. It both made her hungry and feel sick.
"I don't want any food Austin...so please just leave it alone..." She wasn't in the mood to argue with him and she was borderline yelling at him. Michelle didn't want to become angry with him and certainly not push him away.
Austin however was pushing into her personal business. So he needed to stop before she stormed off.
