History Information
History: Supposedly the last surviving member of a race of time travelers known as Time Lord's, The Doctor travels through time to witness and alter events in history. Often times he thinks of the greater good, not above letting someone die if it means saving a greater amount of people. The only exception to this are the companions he brings with him. While he will sacrifice them if need be, he will go to great lengths to make sure that his companions are safe since he is the reason that they are there. The doctor over time became depressed, however, being part of the reason of his peoples near-extinction. Since his people were in a Time War with a race known as the Daleks. Currently, he used his time machine, the TARDIS, to go back in time into the 60's on earth, however the unreliable time machine sent him into a very bad place to end up. In the middle of a school office. A man named Kane who as it turns out ended up offering the Doctor a job teaching. The doctor figured it was a good way to kill time until he could repair the TARDIS. Besides, it seemd as though the man was a little stunned as to why this man appeared from a police box which appeared out of thin air.

Description: The Doctor uses his Qi to channel the ships Time Space energy, either effecting the current space and time, or bringing something into space and time.
Beginner: Security Protocol 1
Requirements: 50 Qi
The Doctor uses his Qi to channel his ship, effecting the area of a 50 foot radius around him. When he does this he turns everybody in the area into an etheral form, he can not attack these people, nor can they attack him. Instead it is a way for him to escape. This works for 12 minutes.
Novice: Security Protocol 2
Requirements: 100 Qi
The Doctor uses his Qi to channel his ship, bringing into existence a weapon. This weapon is a sword that had fallen off a cliff during a battle the doctor had. The sword is a large alien-made claymore. Works until the Doctor loses posession of the sword.
Pro: Security Protocol 3
Requirements: 200 Qi
The Doctor uses his Qi to channel his ship, bringing back in time a weapon from the 51st century called a Sonic Blaster. Much like his sonic screwdriver, it is a tool, which has two very unique powers the screwdriver does not. It can create/desintegrate walls without destroying the integrity of a building and it can bounce people back with sheer physical force caused by sound waves. This allows him to trap people, escape from people, and bounce people back about 10 yards. Works until the doctor loses posession of the blaster.
Advanced: Security Protocol 4
Requirements: 400 Qi
The Doctor uses his Qi to channel into existence an angel statue. Innocent enough the statue is actually a creature. It turns to a stone statue when it is looked at, but if someone should look away, blink, or if the lights go out. The creature sends the person into the past long enough to live out their life before returning back to their original time. The Doctor can of course control this creature, and if need be, use his time machine later to retrieve anyone effected by this. The Angel creature stays in our realm for an hour.

Requirements: 800 Qi
The Doctor uses his Qi to create a time paradox sensation. Making a batlike creature which blinks in and out of existence and consuming things to correct the paradox. The Doctor can control this creature from attacking, but if he uses this creature to attack, it will consume a person out of existence. The Doctor can do nothing to save that person once they have called this upon themselves. The Doctor keeps this as an ace in the hole, never using it, never practicing it. Just simply knowing that he can do it with enough of his Qi. Bat creature lasts until the Doctor calls it off.
