A soft dragging sound came down the hallways of the staff dormitory halls, along with the soft thudding of boots.
*Thud*
*Thud*
*Thud*
*Thud*
Being quiet not to wake anyone, he did his best to move carefully down the hallway. His gun strapped to his back made a small clicking noise against his back as he walked. Doing his best to get there, and get there fast enough. The kid needed medical attention..And fast..
Oh right..
Gage dragged the bloody half dead body down the way, his tall figure carrying only the back of this blond kid's jacket. His black shoes dragging against the carpet as Gage dragged him all the way down the hall, blood trickling from his head.
..Leaving a very unpleaseant trail on the way..
It was about 2: 46 in the morning as Gage dragged this unconcious entity down the hall..Looking for one man..
..Who else?
The Doctor.
Gage was normally up at this time of hour, especially doing his rounds somehow, when he was coming back from the store..He despised the food here..
..Missing a home cooked French meal from her..
..That's besides the point though.
On his way, at the door, he managed to pick up this..This..
Boy..
Battered and bruised he brought him inside.
That was about 1 hour ago.
But..Everything just seems odd like that..
Gage said nothing as he finally turned to the large door..
"..Doctor.." He said quietly.
Pressing the buzzer on the Doc's door, he hoped that he would answer..
..
..Or bust the door down and wake up half the damn staff..
"Wake up.."

The Doctor saw the man running down the hallway, he had been up working on his MAC Sonic Screwdriver and walking up the hallway. He saw that the man had something on his back.... a gun. And he was carrying something. No... no scratch that, someone. "Doctor... Wake up....""Please tell me he's seriously not going to......." Thats when the door busted down, "Oh well...." The Doctor stepped outside his TARDIS which was monitoring the hall outside his room. Closing the door behind him he walked over. "Ahh, you must be the new staff member, you don't happen to be related to a kid named Matrim, do you? Oh well," The Doctor looked at the child, "Uhm........ Yeah....... you really didn't get the memo, oh well, I'll do what I can! Follow me to the TARDIS!" The Doctor lead the way running back to the TARDIS, he snapped his finger, amazed with his new ability the doors of the old 60's english Police Box opened up and the Doctor ran inside going to the control center, setting the course for the Infirmary where he could better take care of the boy. "Hurry up then!" The Doctor knew he was going to have to go through a few explanations here. Most likely he'd have to explain the fact that the TARDIS was quite larger on the inside as opposed to the outside. Examining The Doctor for the first time, he was quite curious about all his--..
"Ahh, you must be the new staff member, you don't happen to be related to a kid named Matrim, do you? Oh well,"
Gage just looked at him with those cold blue eyes. Blue hair..
Matrim?
Matrim who?
"I am related to nobody except for two people.." He said almost robotically, emotionless.
"..Can you help the boy?"
"Uhm........ Yeah....... you really didn't get the memo, oh well, I'll do what I can! Follow me to the TARDIS!"
"..What the hell's a TARDIS?"
Gage's question instantly answered, as by some miracle a what seemed to be looking like a 60's British Police Box came up and popped in front of him. What the hell?..
"..Are you serious, Doc?" He said gruffly. "I need some help for the kid..Not an old school telephone booth.."
He was seriously beginning to doubt his role as The Doctor..
But right now, this was all he had..And he really didn't want to bother the Nurse while she was asleep..Word was that she had a young daughter. And waking her up at this hour would be quite..
..Unprofessional..
..Also rather..Imposing..
But nonetheless, help was needed for this young man..And though Gage was schooled in the ways of how to treat wounds..There was a much more perplexing question on Gage's mind..
What's the deal with the purple and blue auras that were coming out of his hands..
They felt like..Raw energy..
But he needed a professional tester to be sure..One like The Doctor..
"Hurry up then!"
Gage stared for a moment, before moving towards the front of the door.
"Christ.." He mumbled to himself.
A surprised look adorned his face, as he stepped inside the massive room. This was no ordinary phone booth.
Still carrying the boy by the back of his jacket..He observed..But seemingly had more interest into the technology rather than the actual room itself..Eyeing the console of the TARDIS.
"..." He said nothing..Waiting to get this boy examined was a top priority..
..It was just like his past..When he looked after her..Waiting for the alienatic ride to stop..

"Alright you're in here already, took you long enough."
Click and send. The TARDIS doors shut, the center columns began going up and down, and the TARDIS roared to life, and then settled down.
"Alright then, follow me," The Doctor lead the way out of the TARDIS, they were no longer in the Doc's room, in fact, it was no longer night time. The Doctor had just taken care of having to interrupt the Nurse by travelling to the Infirmary the next day, bright and early. He lead the way to a stretcher.
"Put the boy on a stretcher and go look for the nurse, I'll do what I can in the meantime." The Doctor began pulling out a few pain killers, getting some A+ blood after scanning the boy with his Sonic Screwdriver, "Interesting Qi activity.... maybe I should scan him to see what it is? Oh well, now's not the time."

"Alright you're in here already, took you long enough."
...Shut up, space man. I have more important things than this..
..Like sleep..
Gage closed his eyes for a moment, to regain whatever concious sleep he could, only he thought about a few things for a split second. Some of which were interesting to him, and hell, why not? He's a guy.
..The roar of the machine made him think about the compositional structure of the machine, known as the TARDIS. How did it work? What did it do? And why were they inside?
..The look of her in that schoolgirl outfit, simply sublime to the eyes. Her slight French accent. When they first met.
..The way her body moved at the dance club where they actually spoke for the first time. The way she danced with him, how she toyed with him.
Then suddenly, a stop.
"Alright then, follow me,"
Gage opened his eyes to Doc-O, leaving this machine with great rush..Gage followed..
..Only to find himself in the Infirmary part of the building, surrounded by stretchers, and the daylight was out. What the hell? Gage looked at his watch, 9:30 AM..
"Doc, What did you ju--"
"Put the boy on a stretcher and go look for the nurse, I'll do what I can in the meantime."
He was cut off, sighing lightly as he nodded towards Doc-O.
Moving over to a nearby stretcher he put the blonde boy on a stretcher and promptly headed outside the infirmary, paging for any Nurse available.
He waited outside the front desk as Doc-O would examine the patient..Coughing intently..

Breakfast. A proper breakfast was well deserved after dropping Elayne off at school and Mat heading to work and Mini-Mat to school. The morning rush was now routine and I'd been at the kitchen table, getting ready to dive into a decent breakfast when my MAC went off.
"Bloody hell, what now?" I pulled it out of my pocket and saw the message. A page to the front desk in the tower. Why was it always before I got to eat?
I put my breakfast in the fridge then headed out, making sure to grab my key and lock the door on my way out. I went down the steps and across the sidewalk to the Tower. I stepped inside to see a man with blue hair.
For a moment, my heart stopped, thinking that it was Mini-Mat's father come to take him away, but then I remembered that Luke was dead. Since when does everyone have blue hair, eh?
"Yes?" I asked, raising my eyebrows in surprise. "You paged?"

Gage continued to wait in the infirmary front, at least someone was bound to show up soon. Sitting around wasn't helping the poor kid though. But, they needed a professional..And well..
Gage was more prone to killing rather than helping.
My, whoever runs this place must--
"Yes?"
A british accent graced his ears, as he continued leaning against the front desk.
"You paged?"
Gage turned around to a blonde woman, who looked rather..Hungry. Though very pretty, that accent was foriegn, and it struck a chord on Gage..
Reminded him of her..
Gage gave a small wince before answering her reply.
"Yes..I have a boy here about 15 years of age on a stretcher in the infirmary. He's suffering from a head wound and is currently unconcious, he needs some help right away.."
Gage didn't move except for his gun.
He didn't blink.
He didn't shift the long blue hair out of his eye.
He just stood there, almost lifeless..And cold.
Another thing struck him..
"..The boy is not part of our system, so I have no clue who he is..
..But The Doctor is looking after him right now..I'd appreciate it if you contacted me if anything comes up.."
He said before turning around once more..He didn't mean to be rude like this, but Gage had more pressing matters to attend to..
..Like who this kid actually was.
And with that he began stepping out of the infirmary.
"..I'm Brenner. If you need me. Tech building, 503." He said walking closer to the woman to do her job.
"Oh.." Suddenly coming to a stop before turning the corner.
"..It'd be best if you, and Doc-O there, kept the kid's gloves on..Or else you're in for some lethal pain..Possibly death.."
He held out his arm, with a severe sliced cut across his army gear sleeve in his right arm. It would be in need of some stitching, perhaps hundreds, seeing as it went from his elbow, in a spiral motion to his wrist..He was losing a lot of blood as it ran and dripped to the floor.
And with that he stepped out of the infirmary, if they had anything to say to Brenner, now would be the chance.

The Doctor then handed off the work to Emma, "Here you are, I'll let you do your job. It looks like he should be alright now that he's got some help. Besides, I haven't slept yet. Have a good day everyone."
The Doctor walked back towards the TARDIS. He wasn't going to send it anywhere, more or less it would stay in the infirmary, but he was going to sleep in the TARDIS. He waved to emma, and GAGE even though he was already heading out, "Oh and Brenner, if you ever want a lesson in technology, drop by the history building sometime."
The Doctor snapped his finger, the TARDIS doors opened and he walked inside, shutting the door behind him. He walked in and found his cot. He rested his head and started to sleep.
"A john doe huh. I could look up his history, but I'll get to it when I wake up........"

I stared at the man all through his talking. Unidentified person in my infirmary? Unidentified injured and unconscious person? Well, that would take some work. Keep his gloves on. Simple enough. Though, the teacher, the man who paged me, for that was surely his occupation for him to be giving me a class and room number, was going to need some work. Stitches, and lots of them.
And there came Doc. I think he did most of my job for me. What happened here, exactly? He went off to get some sleep. Reh? Okay. Time to get some answers.
I narrowed my gaze, grabbed this Brenner's good arm, dragging him towards the office, and pointed at Doc with a stern glare. "Either you come with me now, or I'll wake you up when I'm done with Brenner. Your choice. You have some 'splaining to do, Doc-y." A joke. Ha-ha.
I waltzed into my office, a mess and with a child in a gurney, asleep. I sat this Brenner guy down on a free gurney got out the alcohol and cotton balls, as well as the stitches thread, needle, and scissors with a gaze rap for good measure. I sat across from him and rapped him hard across the head. Had to check for his state of awareness.
"Now, do you feel light-headed, dizzy, or pain anywhere other than your wrist and forehead where I tapped you? Speak up now or you'll have to bear with me while I stop stitching you up and take care of that." I grabbed a towel and placed it on his forearm, bearing pressure everywhere I could, but I was missing some spots. "Ah, Doc, could you come help me? I can't put pressure all over the cut and there needs to be so the bleeding'll stop."
The towel was rather red where I had pressure already, but it didn't matter to me. I had more towels in a cupboard. I just needed to get that bleeding stopped. Ah, fun...literal bloody towels...

"Mmmrh.."
Before he could leave the office, he was already being dragged by his good arm back into the nurses office. Almost forcefully, although, Gage didn't say a word. He guessed it'd be time for a checkup anyway..Considering she had a very strong grip..Was she angry with him?
Probably..Considering he didn't want to go willingly..He'd take of it on his own later..Or so he thought anyway..
"Either you come with me now, or I'll wake you up when I'm done with Brenner. Your choice. You have some 'splaining to do, Doc-y."
Gage didn't say a word.
The nurse sat him down on the gurney. Getting out a bunch of materials. Before she "checked" his supposed awareness..Gage said nothing.
"Now, do you feel light-headed, dizzy, or pain anywhere other than your wrist and forehead where I tapped you? Speak up now or you'll have to bear with me while I stop stitching you up and take care of that."
Gage looked to the side, letting out only a small.
"Hmph..I felt nothing."
Not to be a tough guy or anything..
..He really didn't feel anything.
Shame.
But he WAS well aware of the suture about to go in and out of his arm, stitching it up, nice and clean while the nurse tried to clear up the bleeding. Gage sat up straight, stiff as a board, saying nothing..Doing nothing. Not a tear, or anything. It was like he was one stone cold piece of ice.
He moved his good arm over, holding onto a towel, grabbing it and holding it against his own arm..That same faceless expression adorning his face. Those frozen blue eyes..
"Don't bother waking him..I can handle myself..I promise no movement or anything."
He looked at the nurse.
"..As for your explanation..He's not the one to ask..I am.."

Nothing? That's a new answer. I couldn't help but to let out a slight 'heh'. Tough guy, huh?
He was also putting pressure on the towel and his wound via his good arm. Strange, he's like a rock. Ha-ha, Rocky. Rocky Brenner...eh, not as catchy, but it'll do.
I looked up at him, confused. He can handle himself? No movement? Well, I was hoping he wasn't going to move a lot while I was stitching him up. I wasn't the best at sutures and it would be a bit bad to have a moving target. His icy eyes just stared and stared.
And I should ask him to do the explaining, huh? Alright, noted. Now, to get some answers. Oh, and doc should probably get some sleep. I nodded and took away the bloody towel, noting that the bleeding had stopped well enough for me to start the process of sutures, my first time at the school, in fact.
"Alright, Mr. Stoic, explain away while I stitch you up. And Doc, go get some sleep. You look like crap, to put it bluntly." I said, nodding and cleaning up Mr. Brenner's arm. "Now, this might sting a little."
Alcohol to clean and sterilize around and on the wound. Thread on needle. Needle ready. Pinch together, whip stitch, 1. Pinch, whip, 2. Pinch, whip, 3.
And so I went about my work, making it sound like bondage of some sort. Bondage...ew, sick...oh, my God! I should not be thinking about this while working on a man's stitches. Go away bad thoughts! Go away!

Gage held the towel as she trusted him with it as she grabbed the suture kit. Her hands were a little shaky..Perhaps a first timer?
..A real first timer?
Gage just sighed and smiled, hell. He already knew that his body was screwed up enough as it is. Gage sat up straight on the gurney. Holding the towel, not moving an inch..
Finally she took the towel away..
The wound was grave indeed..
"Alright, Mr. Stoic, explain away while I stitch you up. And Doc, go get some sleep. You look like crap, to put it bluntly."
"Alright.."
"Now, this might sting a little."
Gage felt the alchohol as it burned against his arm and torn flesh. She had begun the stitching process as Gage stood there, unwavered, almost mesmerized by the way she was putting in those threads.
Weaving shakily about his arm..But Gage remained true to his word. He didn't move..
Gage had been shot.
There can't be any worse pain than that.
Regardless, Gage flashed a small smile..Thinking about it for a moment..Oh wait..Right..An explanation.
"..I found the kid outside, while I was getting some food and supplies for myself. He looked like he was just beaten and badly bruised, so I brought him in the best way I could." Gage began looking down with that icy eye..
Watching her weave and repair that strong, yet tired body.
"..When I brought him inside..I thought about broken bones or other wounds, so I started with his hands..He's wearing a pair of special gloves, so it seems, because the second I took them off, a seemingly strong flash of purple fire razed my arm into..This mess.."
Taking a moment to catch his breath..He wasn't feeling the greatest by now..But he was there.
"..I brought him to the Doctor..Who brought us here in that..That...Whatever the hell it is.." He said a little groggily..
"And that's when I paged you.." He finished..
It seemed that talking had taken a lot out of him..His eye was half open by the time he was finished talking..
..Maybe if she looked up..She'd be worried..
I know I would..
