Teachers only gain stat points from teaching. One classroom thread = 1 point. And we trust that you won't cut classes short. Student's do have to learn after all. Besides, it works out, if you have more classes, students get more posts, students attend more classes, you can have more sessions and get more points! Everyone wins, except for Alex, because Rib injuries hurt. (hooray for running Jokes)
Now teachers. Something has changed, and please don't be upset, but this is something that needs to be done to start balancing a little more.
From now on, the only person with 650 stats without the help of Qi or items or some type of advancement from holding an unheard of amount of classes, is THE PRINCIPLE.
Then there are four professors. They each have 550 stats (without the help of Qi, blah blah blah) The current ones are Doc, Lunari, Artemis, and Luyu.
Every other staff member, teacher, nurse, what have you, has 450 stat points (without the help of Qi, blah blah blah)
Every teacher has a stat limit of 200 points per stat. Meaning you can't have over 200 Int, 200 str. without the help of an item or qi ability.
We would appreciate it if staff members would alter their Bio so that these stats are in effect. Thank you everyone.
If anyone has comments/complaints, the OOC is open for threads, if there is a question, MSN myself or another staff member.
