Check-Up (Solaris)

"Time Lords...hm." Solaris sat where he muttered, crossing his legs and setting his head on his hand. It was proof that there was something...out there so to speak, a higher power at work manipulating this worlds fate. It could have been countless times the world was saved per se...but, then again, nothing could have happened at the same time. The Doctor was a living paradox, he existed, and didn't at the same time it felt. "I don't understand how a war can be fought on multiple time planes...but then again, I'm not sure it's in my realm to know that."

Solaris understood that this knowledge alone was enough to start a panic...something...bad. He didn't know if Kane knew about The Doctor in his entirity, but based on what he saw with the monstrocity in the basement, he had no intention of letting this out to him...god forbid he got his hands on Doc's tech or worse. "I see...is there a limit to how many times you can...die?" It was a random question at best...but in his thirst for knowledge, Solaris simply had to ask. The TARDIS in itself was incredible as well. Solaris could distort reality. The Doctor could snap it in two.

Solaris looked to his sister and smiled as Doc bid hello to her. "As for your search, being alive for 900 years, I would think that you have a couple hundred or more left in you."

"I am running out of lives, that's all you should know..... " The Doctor said staring off into space, he reached into his pocket grabbing the caramel apple lollipop he had brought along as a joke, but decided to toss it to Solaris. Either he couldn't consume food, which made sense, and would show him that he is missing out on what it means to be a true human, or he would enjoy a nice lollipop. Either way the Doctor didn't care as he tossed it straight up towards Solaris.

"I dont know how much longer I have left. I guess it all depends. I could live another fifteen hundred years, hell I could probably live another ten thousand. It all comes down to death. This body doesn't age. It is what it is until it is killed."

The Doctor turned around making his way towards the exit, "I think I got the gist of everything Solaris, I'll check up on you from time to time to drop by and say Hi. If I discover anything else about you that you might not know, I'll be in touch. Afterall, it's not goodbye, technically wherever I go, you'll be there."

The Doctor headed out, giving a wave to Lunari and Solaris as he did. "I'm going to go digest everything."

Solaris smiled a little bit, death to him was no more than a joke, after going through it himself. He had remembered his own death right up to the point of passing out in the hospital, and then...it had simply been years later when he was revived and this blessing/curse put upon him. "Maybe you should stop getting into so much trouble then hmm?" Most people would never joke in this manner, but both being put to death at least once, and in the case of the Doc, many times, he thought it wouldn't matter too much.

A small lollypop made its way to Solaris, and he caught it in midair, examining as he spoke again. "Well, let's hope it's the latter of the two numbers. "I think I got the gist of everything Solaris, I'll check up on you from time to time to drop by and say Hi. If I discover anything else about you that you might not know, I'll be in touch. Afterall, it's not goodbye, technically wherever I go, you'll be there." "I'll fix your security clearence so you don't have to bash your way in here with the screwdriver, and thanks again."

As The Doctor left, he eyed the lollypop and frowned. He could eat it, but what was the point, it would have no taste, and he'd get nothing out of it. Solaris shook his head and walked over to the core dome, knowing Doc was trying to tell him something. In one last movement, he hovered the candy, and flinged it with telekinetic energy to the window where Lunari was sitting, who then caught it in one hand and started eating it. He then disappeared back into the mainframe to resume his duties.
