I think that problem could have been solved with less teachers.

i got gaia covered but that dont work so well, and we have so many teachers because i flippin cant turn people down, i just cant, mat pulls them up and i cant make myself shoot them down, but just one more person now

I would like to know why only one student bio is approved. I mean, I understand that everyone has other things to do, but is there only one person checking bios? Shouldn't we work on what we have before having an influx of more hit? Perhaps whomever is checking could write up some guidelines and have some of the mods read through and approve the completed ones. But then, perhaps you've been PMing the people who are pending about their bios, so I have no idea that they are being worked on :-p
Also, new students aren't going to know that the teacher-students are really teachers. The only people who know will be those who check IP adresses, which I don't see a reason to anyhow. A good RPer will give each of their characters a distinct personality.
I was at a site where only four people could check IP adresses, one of them being myself, and I had five characters. No one knew that they were all played by the same person.
