Kane stood before the rows and rows of chairs where the students would sit and listen to the orientation. Behind him sat all of his teachers in a nice and orderly set of four rows, allowing each one ample area to see. They were in the middle of the opening area for entry to the school, just tot eh right of the giant gate. Out past the gate was a long line of dust rising up from the dirt road that had to be taken to the school. Roughly ten long gray prison busses rolled down the road towards the open fence, allowing them through.
As the busses came along, Kane reached into his pocket and pulled out a cell phone and wrote a text message completely in binary to a 10 digit number that wasn’t listed, it was the activation code for the school AI. As soon as it was finished Kane looked up the busses had come to a stop and the gates had closed, everything was ready for the students to come out and sit down on their folding chairs and listen to Kane speak for but a brief time but first Katsu would have to introduce him and speak of all the rules. At that though Kane took a seat all the way to the right, in the front row and awaited Katsu to do his job.

Alex made his way off the bus, stepping down the stairs. He was the last one to get off the bus, as the students who were in front of him once again started up the conversation they had started on the trip here. " So that's the Principal's son. Kind of lanky for someone who's father is reputed to be tough." " Are you serious? He doesn't look so tough. " " Well looks can be deceiving." " I guess you're right, but still..."Their conversation continued on even after they had sat down. Alex walked through the row he was in and took a seat in the middle area, where he had a good view of the stage. Even as he sat with his back facing them, he could tell that they were still going on about him, whispering and pointing him out to anyone close to them, how pointless.
As Alex moved his eyes to look over the stage, his gaze settled on his father, who was sitting all the way to the right. Alex had waited and endured two years of, how to say it, tutoring that felt like torture, to come to his father's school, and although he was the son of the Principal, he himself didn't expect to get any special treatment from the teachers, they were here to teach, he was here to learn, and that was that. As the students finally filled in the seats, he found his left side was empty, but someone had taken the seat beside him, on his right. It appeared that his father was not going to speak first, but someone else, because his father had neither moved from his spot nor made any gesture that he was going to do so.
" Let's see how the new year will start." Alex thought, as he leaned back in his chair, his arms folded across his chest. Time to see the fruits of his father's hardwork and labour.

Corgan stretched and gave a yawn as he stepped off the bus. He brushed his blond bangs from his face and let his bright green eyes take in the scenery. If I wasn't so interested in what this place was like, this would suck. One case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time really can change things for a person. And to think I was helping someone out, and my reward is some boarding school. He thought as he started moving along with the other students.
As he walked, Corgan heard bits of a conversation that interested him. A few students were talking about one of the other arrivals, the headmaster's son it seemed. Corgan was able to figure out which student they were speaking and decided he could be someone interesting. Corgan made sure to settle in the seat next to the kid and looked over while giving a smile. "Word has it that you're the headmaster's son. I would bet that will make your time here much more interesting than my own." He said as he extended a hand. "Name's Corgan, what's yours?" He asked.

Matrim walked off the bus, some of the kids were making a deal over the son of the principal. But there was only one person Matrim cared about.
The man I'm named after is here. He better live up to his reputation. I'd hate to be named after some weakling.
Matrim quickly brushed past the crowd, bumping into anyone in his way, principal's son and his groupies. Some of them spoke as though the kid was weak, and while Matrim was certain the kid couldn't do so much as phase him, he knew the kid definitely wasn't weak.
Matrim found a seat in the front row, he wanted to see this big deal, he wanted to know the faces clearly. He planned on putting the teachers to the test, to see if they were worth teaching him.
"Matrim Aldon.... who are you...." Matrim said, scanning the teachers seats.

The master controls at Mr. Brenners station flared to life as the code was entered...right out of the gate, the screen flashed...

The AI Containment room flared to life as the Chronos core started to glow and emit its eerie orange glow from the containment chamber.

And that was it. Solaris awoke from his slumber, and was almost instantly awake. He yawned once, knowing what had just gone on. "Time for orientation then..." And from the mainframe he disappeared. Using two projectors and a swarm of nanites, his body formed besides Kane...brushing his hair once back, he took his place, overlooking the students as he should.

The Doctor's TARDIS was never accurate at showing up where it was supposed to in time and place, but when it targeted an energy source or anything of the source it was pretty accurate. The Blue Box's made it's noise as it slowly came into being just behind the bus. The Doctor got out, shut the door behind him making sure he had all he needed on him. He was wearing his blue suit and tie with his brown coat. His red high-top chucks were tied up tightly and he jogged over to the chairs sitting next to Solaris.
The Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to examine Solaris's nanite body. "One of these days I'm going to get inside that head of yours.... it's a wonder how your soul's intact.." The Doctor said in a near whisper, his sonic device was very useful, it not only opened things, but if the Doctor were a true medical Doctor, the sonic device was his stethoscope. It showed him what made people tick. Or in some cases, what was keeping people from ticking.
He turned and looked out over the students. One seemed to be the center of attention, another extremely blonde, and another extremely blue. Not sad, but the colour of his hair was bloody blue.
He gave a teethy nervous smile at the boy and sat quietly waiting for everything to settle down.

Alex turned his gaze to look beisde him, only to find himself facing a young man with long blond hair. He then struck up a conversation with Alex, clearly Alex had perked his interest, being the headmaster's son and all, he had no doubt his sister was receiving the same amount of attention as him. "Word has it that you're the headmaster's son. I would bet that will make your time here much more interesting than my own." Alex couldn't help but silently agree with the guy's statement, yes, it certainly would be very interesting, who at this point had held out his hand in a friendly gesture.
" I certainly can't say it's boring." he replied, shaking the guy's hand firmly, who introduced himself. "Name's Corgan, what's yours?" Alex made a note of that, as he released Corgan's hand. " Alex." he replied, " It's good to meet you, I hope in the future, we meet on...less hostile occasions, like today." he said, as he turned to face the front once more. " I have no doubt why you came to talk to me, but that aside, why you're sent here has nothing to do with me, but I'd watch myself if I were you." Despite the facts, Alex had only so much protection, he would have to watch out too.

Corgan chuckled a bit as he put his hands behind his head and kicked his feet up on the vacant seat in front of him so he could lean back and be comfortable. He didn't often sit "properly" as people would say. Not to be defiant to rules, he simply found this comfortable.
"I'm not sure if i should consider that a warning or a treat, perhaps both." He replied with a large smile. Corgan was a little too easy-going to let anything said get to him. "So why do you think I sought you out? I'm pretty sure you are correct, but I have learned that assumptions can lead to the wrong things at times." he said.

"Elayne, stop." I said, laying my hand on her thigh to prevent her from jumping around anymore.
She wasn't used to my tone. She just nodded a little and swung her legs back and forth. She didn't understand why her mother was so upset, why her mother was so grim all the time. all she understood was that Mommy was no longer Mommy, she was different. So innocent...
I had many reasons to be upset, but the only reason why it was showing was because my husband was involved. The very same husband who was the father of my daughter and neither of us had seen for five years. I had gotten a list of the staff at the school and it listed him. So, he was alive and taking a job. I just didn't know what he'd been doing for the past five years. Despite the constant nagging that I was being stupid, I still wore the wedding band and the ring he gave me the day we met.
I wiped away a forming tear, muttering 'jerk' to myself. Normally, I would've left Elayne to her playing while someone else watched and tried to calm myself down somewhere else, but normally, I didn't have to stay at an orientation for new student.
"Lovely." I said, staring at my knees and clenching my hands in fists so hard my knuckles had already turned white. I was that mad and sad at him.

The man looked around as he walked through the hall. He wore hand and foot wraps. He also wore cargo shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt. His crimson red hair fell down to about the small of his back. He had never bothered to cut it since he was kidnapped for 4 years. His clover green eyes hadn't lost the shine since he was younger.
He took a deep breath as he walked to the area for orientations. He looked over to see Kane out in the center. He walked over to the backs of the row of chairs to see the teachers there with the students in front of them. He was only a moment late. Bad dreams again. Always the same one. He looked over the teachers and came to rest on one that had a child.
The child looked really young, no more then 5-6 years old. The mother told her to shush and the child just swung its legs. He smiled a bit, barely but still a smile. It had been a long time since he had smiled. He wondered what had happened to his family. Well his wife at least, who he had never stopped thinking about over the past five years. He hoped she had found someone else to make her happy since he hadn't been there. He fingered the gold band she had given him. He was alone now, his blood family was dead save his eldest sister who he had lost touch with since he was kidnapped. He was alone in the world with only this job keeping him alive. Maybe he could help these kids so they never had to go through what he did and prepare them for the horrors of the world. Bombs and killings everywhere, make them stone cold and hard and maybe they will survive.
He gave a sigh as he listened to the talking that went around the area. Wondering what was to happen next.

I kept trying to calm down, but it wasn't working. Then, I saw him. And, for a moment, I couldn't breathe. And the sadness washed away the anger and hollowed me out.
The anger filled the emptiness as soon as he fingered that gold band.
"You douche!" I shouted, jumping up at once. "Elayne, don't you ever repeat that. And you!" I pointed at a fellow staff member. "Watch her for a moment."
My hand went to his face in a ready made fist. I just glared at him and then grabbed his collar and dragged him out of the room and into the hallway.

Alex watched from the corner of his eye as Corgan placed his feet up on the vacant seat in front of him, clearly that position was very comfortable for him. He could only smile slightly at Corgan's reaction to his, advice, per say. "I'm not sure if I should consider that a warning or a treat, perhaps both." " Take it as you will, I honestly don't care." Alex replied, turning his head slightly to look at Corgan, who asked him a question. "So why do you think I sought you out? I'm pretty sure you are correct, but I have learned that assumptions can lead to the wrong things at times."
" Perhaps I'm right, perhaps I'm not, but my reasoning is you sought me out because of all the conversations situated around me, clearly marking me as someone interesting. As you could see, I'm clearly the center of almost everyone's conversation, though I did hear some conversations regarding...my sister." he said, his last words were murmered, almost hard to make out for anyone close by who were listening, but Corgan could hear it quite well. " So, am I on the mark? Or was I completely off?"

Corgan nodded as Alex spoke. "Yeah you got it down. Didn't hear anything about your sister though. I really sought you out because if you are a decent fighter like the rumors flying around are saying, I'm interested in a little test of skill when we get the time. I've been a bit bored for a while and you seem like the right person to help fix that." He said with a grin.
He looked over seeing an exchange between two of the teachers and chuckled. Someone's gonna get his ass chewed out big time. Wish I could watch the whole thing. It's always pretty funny to watch a woman bitch a guy out, they get creative with the things they say. He thought.

Micha sat there, garbed in an elegant black dress, as Emma rose and began shouting at a man with Fiery red hair. ~No... it couldn't be.... could it??~ she pondered, her hair falling in waves to her ample cleavage. It had been a long time since Emma had first told her about Mat's dissappearance, it didn't make sense, but it seemed that perhaps it was true.
And if so, what was he doing here? She hadn't seen him on the grounds, but it was a big facility, they could have been there at the same time. In any case, she didn't have much of an opportunity to ponder the matter. Emma asked her to watch Elayne for her and took off after what apparently she believed to be her estranged husband.
Looking down, the redhead smiled softly. "Am I the only one who thinks mommy is a little crazy?" She whispered, as though sharing an important secret, giggling softly in its wake.
OOC: Micha is watching Elayne, I sent you a pm about details Emma, so just check there and respond or go along with it, your call.

He was looking out at the students when he was suddenly grabbed and punched. Dead square into his head. His eyes burned with anger. Who in the name of bloody creation would hit him? He raised a fist to strike back at the person who hit him. It was almost fully raised when he turned to see the person and looked at their face and saw something that made his heart sink. Royal blue eyes. Those same Royal blue eyes that he had fallen in love with years ago.
He let his hand fall and his head hung as she carted him away into the hallway. He never looked at her as they stopped around the corner. He never spoke, never made any action other then to follow. His clover green eyes became distorted as tears welled up in his eyes. It was her right to be angry at him to hit him and he never even expected her to just yell and hit him until he died. It was all within her right for what he had done to her, leaving her alone for those five long years must have been more of a hell then it had been for him.
