Only half an hour after classes had gotten out and Corgan was already having trouble here. He had been out in the school grounds, simply walking along when he spotted the three students. They were a surly looking bunch, the type of people Corgan would normally avoid but there was one problem. They were shoving a fourth kid around that couldn't defend himself. Corgan didn't much care for such displays, it was one of the few things that could instantly set him off.
He approached and instead of some cliche' line he simply jumped in with a kick to the back of one guy's head and sent him stumbling forward and to the ground. "One down already. This is gonna be a bore." He thought as the other two came in for him and one swung a hook punch at his. Corgan's hand shot out and his finger met the guy's bicep, this not only stopped the punch, but also made the arm go slack from the damage to the muscle. The guy stumbled back holding his damaged arm as Corgan spun around and slammed his heel into the last guy's jaw and sent him spinning to the ground. The guy with the injured arm looked around and ran, he was at least smart enough to know when he had lost.
Corgan gave a stretch and yawned. "Man alive, is there anyone but the teachers that will give me a decent fight? At this rate the place is gonna be so boring I'll simply shut down from nothing to do." He said as he started heading back toward the main buildings. He figured he would go ahead and catch a little shut-eye before working on his assignments.

"A decent fight huh?" Matrim stepped out from behind one of the trees. He would have helped the kid, except he knew what happened just minutes before.
"The smaller kid snuck up on one of their crew, and stole his MAC. They were simply taking back what was theres with interest. The kid brought it on himself. Otherwise I might, might have considered stepping in myself."
Matrim took his hands out of his jacket pockets, removing his mac, and putting it in his jean pockets in case he fought, this way it would slide out of the pocket during what seemed to be a promising fight.
"Thing is, I like to keep in shape, make sure I'm not rusty whenever I can." Matrim stretched his arms, stretched his back, and then his legs.
Most people just crack their knuckles before a fight.... but thats such a cliche.
Matrim ran towards the kid, at first at a sprint, leaning forward slightly, then slowed as he got within wingspan of him, twisting his body and throwing his right leg to deliver a roundhouse kick. A simple move, easy to block with enough speed and strength, but he just wanted to send a simple message.
Bring it on.

"Regardless, I never liked the thought of three on one. Not something I support. Oh well, these things happen." Corgan replied and turned to face the person speaking to him. He took in Matrim's appearance. He definitely looks to be a guy who keeps himself ready as a fighter. This should be fun. Corgan thought.
He smiled as Matrim came in for the attack. His right hand flew out and grabbed Matrim's attacking leg while Corgan stepped to his left and his left hand flew out to let his fingers slam into Matrim's chest. This was all done in one sharp motion. It was just as effective as any punch if not more so due to the four points of damage. Corgan smiled as he let go of Matrim's leg and jumped back then let his left hand come up and motion Matrim to come at him.

Matrim let the hit come to him, he took it. And it didn't hurt that badly, definitely more painful then he'd expected, with his jacket on especially. Of course, this felt kind of cheap to Matrim. While gaining his balance by taking a step back, he took his jacket off and threw it to the side. He was wearing a plain white shirt underneath, and his fathers necklace, with the black venetian ring on it.
"Don't mess with my necklace, and I won't mess with yours, fair enough?" Matrim said.
Because if you do I will be forced to kick your ass at all costs.
Then Matrim, not even listening for the response got into his boxing stance, he was never one for planning or acting on instinct, he usually just chose a stance, on attack at a time, and went with it. This was boxing and wrestling. He approached the kid and threw a right hand uppercut while keeping his left arm as a defense in case the kid sent anything back.
Come on, connect!

"Whatever man, let's just get this show on the road." Corgan replied as Matrim came in and threw and uppercut at him. Corgan stepped to his left and leaned back and to the left to let the blow go by him as his left hand shot out like a viper at Matrim's now exposed ribs. His right arm and his legs were tensed to make sure he could react to Matrim's movements. Matrim was better than some he had fought, but Corgan hadn't even started to warm up yet.
He's using an actual style, thats really a downfall in the world of free styling martial arts, I can at least guess what you are going to do just from you stances. Corgan thought as he grinned.

Matrim didn't see the hand coming from the start, but his peripheral vision caught it before the hit, he shot his uppercut back to where it came from to knock the hit away, but he only managed to knock it away just after the hit.
Matrim had taken worse, but he was focused, he turned to his right to face the kid face to face, he pulled his right knee up to his chest and kicked straight out at the kids chest. This hit was a powerful one he used to gather more time for him to think. He wasn't always the brightest when it came to strategy, but when his hits hit, they hit hard.
Assuming of course, that he could finally land a hit on this kid.

He's pretty quick, my blow barely scraped him that time. Better keep my wits about me during this fight. Corgan thought even as a smile spread across his face and stayed in place this time. Corgan loved nothing more than a challenge in a fight. The rush of it was like a high to him.
As Matrim pulled his leg in for a kick Corgan let his own left foot come up and shoot out in a side-kick meeting Matrim's foot sole to sole and chuckled as he held to kick in place until Matrim made his move. He would start doing everything he could to get Matrim riled up, he had the feeling that matrim was still holding back just as he was, and he wouldn't have any of that.

The sole's connected and the boy was laughing. Matrim let out a bit of a laugh.
"It's been awhile since somebody as strong as me as come up against me. I can see what you were talking about."
Matrim then leaned a bit forward, bending his left knee slightly, and then kicking off of it in order to throw the kid off balance and launching him into the air where he bent his elbows and prepared to bring them down hard on any piece of Corgan that happened to show up. This was irrational, but it was a complete full attack, giving his all.

Corgan couldn't help but be glad that Matrim wasn't getting riled up, but instead seemed to be enjoying this as much as he did. When Matrim pulled his little stunt Corgan just went with it and as Matrim came down he let himself fall to his back which of course would put Matrim's point of contact out to dry.
Corgan didn't stop there, his left foot came up into Matrim's gut as he came down. This would have had the possibility of breaking Corgan's leg if he had not let his leg bend after contact. Then with a push he would launch Matrim away and roll to his feet. In the interest of fair play he would let Matrim be ready before attacking again.

His elbows came down, and his feet came down hard, his left leg on the ground and his right foot on the kids, then the kid pushed.
Heh....
Matrim grabbed the kids leg, pulled it off his body so that when he pushed out his leg was outstretched, Matrim placed his left hand on the ankle holding it up and his right hand pushed down on the knee keeping him from bending the leg, Matrim applied pressure with his right foot to keep the other leg down.
"Unless you have a trick up your sleeve, you should submit before I start twisting your left ankle."
He should have sacrificed his leg, those gut hits just don't stick as hard unless you stick it to them.

OOC: Unless you want your legs crossed you should be using the left leg to pin down Corgan's free leg.
Corgan grinned as Matrim seemed to turn the tables. But he wouldn't let this end so fast and shifted his right leg to the side before Matrim could keep it pinned and kicked out at Matrim's left knee before he could even utter so much as a word.
Matrim had put himself in a worse position than he thought he had gotten Corgan into, If he didn't let go and back off before Corgan slammed his foot into his knee, he would have an extremely hard time walking much less fighting.

OOC: I'm facing to your characters left, so that my left leg is closer to your thigh, and my right leg is towards the ankle, in between your legs if that makes sense....
Matrim had not just been hit behind one knee, but both. This was exactly what he meant by, before I start twisting your ankle.
Matrims body was moving forward for a bit, then he rolled to his left, all the while holding onto Corgans leg, his right leg pulled the kids knee to a slight bend while his left hand twisted the ankle counter-clockwise as he rolled, which in turn will turn the kids body onto his stomach, Matrim came crashing down on hi back landing on the kids thighs which shouldn't be very painful for the kid, but then he quickly pulled Corgans left foot to his chest, his right hand pulling back on the knee, and his right leg twisting the kids ankle.
"In wrestling the universal sign of submitting is to tap out. I suggest you do that. Unless of course, you have a trick up your sleeve."
Wrestling moves. They were fluid motions, step by step, but Matrim liked to take them slowly, it made him feel more like the tactical type. When in reality, he just did a single attack slowly.

Corgan simply let himself move with everything. He wasn't a grappler but knew enough to work this to what he needed. "Actually my friend..." Corgan trailed off as his right hand flew at an awkward angle and into Matrim's ribs. The training he had endured payed off wonderfully. Using his hips with an arm attack made it more powerful, but with the strength behind his forearms and fingers, he didn't need to use a slamming attack, this was much worse. He would keep his hand there and his fingers would apply pressure. he had enough hand strength to easily crush Matrim's ribs. But Corgan would simply crack them if Matrim didn't back off. "... I do." He replied with an internal chuckle.

Matrim took the hit, it hurt. It hurt good.
"My friend.... feel free to do what you must. I will not give in." Matrim twisted the ankle more. He was using all his strength to twist the kids ankle to the point of breaking. Matrim knew what was happening to his ribs, and he knew what he had to do, so he started building up the Qi.
"You see...... my true weakness is my ability to plan stuff. It's true. But even I can see that this is a battle of who can take more damange," The Qi ability came into activation and Matrim felt relief, he began twisting the ankle more, and began pushing the kids knee cap around, loosening it up so he could attempt dislocating it.
"Never could focus my Qi in one spot. It just generates throughout my body, and well... in a moment of pain and anger I found how to use that to my advantage."
Matrim activated his Qi ability. "I created an armor of Qi. I'm twice as tough now. And unless your Qi ability puts me to sleep, my armor protects me from that."
Matrim continued causing as much pain as possible, twisting and turning the boy, "Give up, or you won't be able to walk for a long time. You fought well, and you definitely know your stuff, quit while you're ahead, there's no shame in cutting your losses."
