"Security Protocol One Engage!" The Doctor screamed as he walked into the hallway. Everyone watching, everyone nearby, including the two fighters, would watch in amazement, you could hear the roar of the TARDIS in the distance, and a shock wave emitted from the Doctor's body, every physical living being it touched turned into a non-corporeal being.
He walked to see Lunari Awren and a newer kid he had not met before attacking each other. He pulled out his sonic screwdriver and began scanning Lunari, "OK Lunari, you are familiar with this process, I've done it once before with you, if you remember you concentrate your thoughts into words, slowly, and I am able to understand, slowly."
He turned to the boy, "I'm going to release this, and neither of you are going to fight! You got that? You are going to turn, and you are going to walk away," He turned to Lunari, "You are going to come with me and explain what happened here, besides, I have something I needed to discuss with you. I found some interesting files, Solaris would probably be interested as well."
The Doctor turned towards the students in the area, "The rest of you however, aren't going to be released until this student has left. I know how you humans are, you're going to want to say stuff like 'you did awesome, but i coulda done better' or 'your rubbish mate! she destroyed you!' and I'm willing to bet this student would not want to hear any of that. Got it?"
"well, what are you waiting for? Oh thats right" The Doctor spoke again in an official voice, "Security protocol one, disengage." Another wave, the Doctor controlled it to be shorter, it only passed through Lunari and the boy before the doctor dismissed it.

In the distance, Jiao could hear some loud noises accompanied by the voice of man, yelling out the engagement of security protocol one, whatever the hell that was. No matter; the freshman ignored the racket and continued, moving his elbow to block an incoming strike when suddenly, the teacher, as well as his own body, became translucent. Her strike stopped, so Jiao attempted to punch her in the face, but he found it rather arduous to move his body. A slow, incomprehensible mumble escaped the boy's lips in an attempt to say "What the fuck?" his speech hindered by the strange magic affecting his body.
A man approached the two fighters. Jiao automatically assumed he was the culprit, and he would be correct in his assumption. The man blathered on, speaking mostly to the teacher, before releasing the hold. Something he said, however, had piqued the Chinese boy's interest; the man had referred to the student body as 'you humans', and Jiao could only think, What the fuck? So he's not human? Man, I'm beginning to think that I'm the only human in this goddamned place.
"Tch. Whatever," the freshman scoffed in response to the man, turning on his heel and walking away from the teachers, throwing a middle finger over his shoulder at them while yelling out, "Next time, bitch, you're dead."

"Security Protocol One Engage!" Only one person used that phrase at any given time. And it was likely...
Lunari's body turned transparent...and her attack immediately was stopped in its tracks. Only one person could do this. The Doctor of course. He must of been watching her and the boy go at it. And disapproved to boot. She had forgotten the Doc didn't like fighting. "OK Lunari, you are familiar with this process, I've done it once before with you, if you remember you concentrate your thoughts into words, slowly, and I am able to understand, slowly."
She knew this all too well, and having saved her life, Lunari also had the utmost of respect for the man. What he wanted, she would do within reason. This fight was rather silly, she'd become narrow-minded in killing the boy because of her lack of self control. Oh well. He started it.
"I'm going to release this, and neither of you are going to fight! You got that? You are going to turn, and you are going to walk away," He turned to Lunari, "You are going to come with me and explain what happened here, besides, I have something I needed to discuss with you. I found some interesting files, Solaris would probably be interested as well."
Lunari made sure to slowly think out her words. "Oh you know the deal, arrogant students, the works." She rather smiled and laughed a little as she was set back on the ground, adjusting her beret in the process. "Next time, bitch, you're dead." Lunari let out a rather loud laugh. "Yeah! And you're a Time Lord!" She knew the Doc would probably get on her for that, Solaris had told her what he really was, and Lunari was grateful for it.
"So, you said something about files Doc?" She asked, walking with him.

"Correct. Kane must have really thought he wasn't going to die. In fact, so much so that I didn't tell everyone he also left boots to the head. Meaning I'm supposed to literally hit you in the head with a boot." The Doctor continued, "Anyway, you and Solaris should listen to it, it has to do with this school. The true intent of it. Kane's ulterior motives. Everything. It all has started to make sense. Why in the hell this place was built, everything."
The Doctor started to walk, expecting Lunari to follow him he made his way to where the TARDIS was parked, a few classrooms down where he wouldn't crowd the hallway, "I first suspected Kane of holding information from me, well, I've always supected it to tell you the truth. First Solaris, it seemed very unlike Kane to have something that powerful without limitations on it. Then the fact that this is a prison."
The Doctor looked around, the students had mostly cleared out, he stepped into the empty classroom, it was the English room that Ms. L had used, the TARDIS was there with it's doors left open, he wasn't worried about it since nobody went into this classroom unless classes were being attended, and he was only gone a second. He walked into the TARDIS towards the control panel.
"He built this place with many defense systems, more then most of us realize. He made it so that it was nearly impenetrable, guards, weapons, the works. I just.... I just didn't realize what it was all for until now."
The Doctor turned to Lunari, "He wasn't using that to keep people in, he was using it to keep people out! The unnatural abilities that seem so common here? At first I thought I missed something in history, something in the time line, I was staying here to find out what that was, researching everything in everyone's past to see where this all started, but I didn't find anything. The reason why is because this place never exists in all of history, it never comes into being! Not because it didn't happen!"
The Doctor sent a message to Solaris to have him arrive in the classroom so he could walk into the TARDIS since he couldn't show up directly inside. "But because this place was destroyed before it ever became public knowledge. You aren't an anomaly in time, you aren't too advanced, something happened and the earth was set back further then it should have been! But for some reason nobody spoke of this place ever again, which is extremely strange.
The Doctor turned towards Lunari, "Now then, let's get Solaris in here and see what he knows."

((Double character post, so I'll do it with Solaris. His dialog will be in red, Lunari's in orange.))
Lunari:
"Correct. Kane must have really thought he wasn't going to die. In fact, so much so that I didn't tell everyone he also left boots to the head. Meaning I'm supposed to literally hit you in the head with a boot." Lunari was in fact walking with him toward what she assumed the TARDIS. "That sounds like Kane, although I'd rather you not hit me in the head." She continued listening as the story became more intriquing. The Doctor kept going, mentioning limitations on her brother...it was one of the reasons she liked Kane dead. He had brainwashed her brother into false trust, something she could never forgive him for. She even had a small dislike for the other Hikari's...but that hatred was long locked away.
"He built this place with many defense systems, more then most of us realize. He made it so that it was nearly impenetrable, guards, weapons, the works. I just.... I just didn't realize what it was all for until now. He wasn't using that to keep people in, he was using it to keep people out!
Lunari stayed silent through the whole story almost. She had come to 650 to be with her brother. She had left him once...at his bedside when he died. And then...she'd been given a second chance. She hated to see these children imprisoned, but The Doctor's research gave a little reassurance that teaching here was in fact the right thing to do. "So...we don't exist technically? I'm not totally understanding you." While she taught astrophysics, Doc was far above her level in that regards.
"Now then, let's get Solaris in here and see what he knows."
"Yeah..."
Solaris:
"This place is falling apart..." Solaris watched as his technicians were working to repair a panel in the upper rafters that had recently come undone. He was rather annoyed it had happened in the first place. If the techs were competent enough, it would have never happened, and he wouldn't be so stressed out. Oh well, what was done is done.
Luckily, The Doctor had sent a message asking for a meeting, and at about this point, with nothing better to do, decided to amuse the old man. "Alright Doc, what do you want...?" Solaris asked, appearing in the English room next to the TARDIS in his new form. Lunari was standing there with him, which instantly began to worry him. "...Is something wrong?"

"I'm worried for the school, I'm afraid something is going to happen, I have no idea when, but just make sure the schools defense systems are up and running, alright?" The Doctor said, he turned to Lunari and explained.
"It's as I said, this place doesn't exist in the future, not that it never existed, but this place is never found out about. There was a prison school for kids but it was reported to have been a failed experiment, and it become lost and forgotten by the 22nd century, meaning, here and now sometime between now and then something went wrong and the school was shut down. Because the details are so vague, I have no idea what is going to happen, I just know that it is."
The Doctor looked off to the side and found a way to explain it, "You see, everyone thinks time is a line when in actuality it's the big... blobby.. space timey bally thing, well, things can change, anomalies can occur, things such as me, or the Daleks, or the Cybermen, or even a time rift, all of these things occur, and things change constantly. Small details usually, never big ones. Killing a butterfly a thousand years ago? It's not going to change a thing. Not stopping a meteor from killing the dinosaurs? That might put a damper on the human race's advancement to the top of the food chain."
The Doctor knew she knew all this but he was finding a way to explain it, "We have a chance to change the future for better or for worse, and with this new found knowledge of what this place really was, I think it's for the better. So I'm going to stay and defend it, and then every once in awhile out of curiosity I might pop forward and check how things have progressed."
The Doctor then lead Lunari out of the TARDIS, "I hope you caught all that Solaris, I'd really hate to say that great big ball of timey spacey stuff speech more then twice in my life."
The Doctor closed the TARDIS doors, it locked and he went on to leave the classroom, "Anyway Lunari, the reason I'm telling you all this is simple, we don't have to feel bad about holding these kids here, some of them are criminals, yes, but we all know that some are here because the justice system is almost always flawed, and there are mix ups that happen. We are protecting these kids. Not enslaving them. We just...... didn't realize it."
"So stop beating the hell out of kids because they mouth off!" He said not to be rude or demanding but almost like a joke, with a smile and a nod of encouragement. He was in a great mood, he could get behind the whole concept of this place now. He just wondered why Kane hadn't given him a full job description.
