One hour, one minute, one second. Time seemed not to pass as Aternity kept phase jumping around the schoolyard, to the second story buildings, and out once again to the courtyard. After his incident with the girls locker room, he thought that getting in more practice would help control his jumping a little more.
For the most part, the training was going well. He landed each target with relative ease, making sure not to appear INSIDE a tree or something else that might have proved fatal. The weather somewhat helped his jumping, warm, but rather wet. A slight drizzle obscured his targets, making for a challenge. It was a change from everything else as well...the classes for one were too easy...at least right now. Maybe later.
Another jump later, and Aternity landed right where he'd started, in the middle of the large field outside of the main tower. Taking a break, he fell onto his back and looked up and a clouds, and let the drizzle fall onto his face, cooling him off some.
It was supposed to be just another day, but then again, he had felt the presence of someone else watching him...

Being out in the rain happened to be one of Terrene's least favourite things to do, even if it was a slight drizzle. She hated the feel of it running down her face and just generally living a thin layer of moist everywhere. However, the chance to see Aternity had dragged her outside, and she figured that family was most likely more important than comfort.
Terrene had been 'watching' her brother for a while now, mainly just too pass the time. Usually she'd come outside simply to sit with her thoughts and listen to the distant thumps of people wandering about, or be a little cheeky and ease-drop on someone elses conversation. However, after hearing rather then spotting Aternity close by, only to find he was gone when she had turned around, her curiosity was piqued.
It hadn't taken her long to find the large feild he was resting in, his breathing pattern sign enough that he wasn't doing anything strenuous. She wandered out toward him, keeping her footsteps as light as possible, so as not to disturb his cloud watching, and to avoid startling him. Stopping mere centimeters from his head, she placed a smile on her face and bent forward, leaning to block the drizzle from his face.
"Hello." Terrene beamed down at him, hands behind her back. "Strange place to take a nap..." she mused, holding her hands out, indicating the rain.
Reaching down, she tapped his forehead lightly before shuffling backwards. "Should have brought an umbrella out, if you were going to nap in the wet, Silly."

Alex walked across the school grounds, an umbrella keeping him dry from the rain that was falling. As soon as he had woken up, he looked outside his window, only to be greeted with storm clouds and rain. Wonderful. Nothing like crossing the grounds in the rain. He continued walking, only to hear a soft speak out, if he had his headphones on, he would've probably walk right past and not hear a thing.
"...place to take a nap..." He made his way to where the voice sounded like it was originating from. As soon as he got within range, he saw two people there, one he recognized as Aternity Awren, the other, who was a girl, he didn't recognize at all. His footsteps made dull thumps as he walked across the wet ground, finally stopping behind the girl, who tapped Aternity on the forehead before shuffling backwards, nearly crashing into him.
"Should have brought an umbrella out, if you were going to nap in the rain, Silly." "!?" was his reaction as he moved back a bit so that the girl would not crash into him. "Aternity." he said, as soon as he had a bit of space between him and the girl. " Nice place to be taking a nap, everybody loves sleeping in the rain." he said, slightly sarcastic. Turning to the girl, he at first thought she was ignoring him, since she wasn't looking at him, until he realized she literally couldn't see him, she was blind, at least, that was what he concluded, he was 98% sure.
" Hmm, as for you," he said, now addressing the girl, "I don't know your name, but now's a good a time as ever. I'm Alex, and you are?" he asked, walking over to stand in front of the girl, as he held his umbrella in a position so that it was covering him and the girl.
Unfortunately, he couldn't cover Aternity, his umbrella wasn't big enough. Even though he was wearing a jacket, he was still slightly cold, so to warm up a bit, he produced a small flame in his hand, it was small enough that it wouldn't drain his Qi, but it was enough to provide a bit of heat for him and the girl, considering she was wearing only a summer yakuta.

In the rain, time seemed to pass by in slow motion. He'd checked the digital clock embedded in his glasses several times, but each time he looked, it seemed to not move, a minute felt much like ten, and ten, even longer. His jacket kept him warm, and consequently, put him to sleep right then and there on the grass. Fine by him. No classes to worry about, or anyone else for that matter.
Or so he came to thought.
The cooling rain fell on his face for almost 15 minutes...jumping took a lot to Qi to accomplish, and it was rather nice to get a break from the practice. Maybe some...sleep...was in order...
Aternity fell from consciousness for about 10 more minutes...then something happened...the rain stopped hitting his face, but the sound had failed to cease along with it...so what was stopping it? Aternity opened his eyes to a surprise he would never have expected in a million years.
"Hello. Strange place to take a nap..."
His twin sister Terrene.
"Terrene!" Aternity nearly jumped and grabbed his sister in a hug. "How in the world did you get here?!"
Seeing his sister again made him ecstatic. All the worries in the world for one moment were washed away along with with the storm. "Should have brought an umbrella out, if you were going to nap in the wet, Silly." He gave her a light peck on the cheek and finally let go. "You know I'm not like that." He said jokingly.
Someone else had made themselves known as well. None other than Alex Hikari himself. Just his name made him think of the gang in which he would easily fail his loyalty test. It wasn't a big deal, getting through school was.
"Nice place to be taking a nap, everybody loves sleeping in the rain." "I'm willing to bet you haven't tried it yet."

"How in the world did you get here?" His question made Terrene giggle as she happily returned the hug. She had missed her twin greatly, as was natural. "I walked, of course." She laughed, patting his arm. "I've missed you and your silly ways."
She felt, rather then saw another company approach. Altough she hadn't turned towards him, she was more then aware of his presence, however too caught up in finally meeting with Aternity, she forgot common manners of simple greetings.
Terrene turned to 'look' towards the boy...Alex, as he introduced himself. He knew Aternity apparently, so she took it upon herself to be friendly. "I'm Terrene, it's nice to meet you." She greeted with a smile, noting that the rain had stopped hitting her head, though continued to pitter against the ground. Someone had been clever enough to bring an umbrella, "Oh, thankyou!" She chimed, tilting her head up to nothing in particular.
Heat had also brushed against her skin, her hands instantly lifted to the source to warm themselves up on instinct. "Its nice to see you've made friends Aternity," the tone of her voice suggested that she may have thought him incapable of doing so, however it hadn't been intended as serious, only a joke.
The thought occured that her brother was not close enough to share the shelter of Alex's umbrella, which had caused her to shift only slightly to make room for him.

"I'm willing to bet you haven't tried it yet." Alex shrugged his shoulders casually, and shook his head. " Yeah, I haven't tried it, yet." he replied, putting emphasis on the word yet. He then saw the girl turn her head to face him, well, more like facing his chest, as she introduced herself.
"I'm Terrene, it's nice to meet you." " Likewise Terrene, it nice to meet you too." Alex replied, noting that she and Aternity knew each other quite well, almost sibling-like...
"Oh, thank you!" he heard her exclaim, he guessed she noticed the rain was no longer falling on her. " Oh, you're welcome." he replied, looking a bit confused, as she tilted her head up, looking not at him, more like at the top of his head. Uh, okay then.
The flame he had produced in his hand warmed him up, the heat brushing against Terrene, and he saw her insinctively lift her hands up to warm them up, he guessed she was cold.. "It's nice to see you've made friends Aternity." he heard her say, as he kept a straight face, but inside, he was laughing.
Friend? Yeah, right. If you say so. In actuality, Alex was just the leader of the gang that Aternity was "in," though Alex did not trust Aternity completely, he hadn't forgotten the little fact, okay big fact that Aternity was an Awren, which made Alex keep his guard up whenever he was near Aternity.
He saw Terrenne shift a little closer to him, to make room for Aternity he guessed, as the rain pitter pattered against his umbrella. "So, you two know each other. Siblings?" he asked, making that conclusion, given the familiarity he sensed between the two of them.

"I walked, of course."
Terrene returned his hug in kind...it was one of those family reunions that had taken so long to happen, and finally, like magic, someone heard his plea, and here she was. She hadn't forgotten, and the fact made Aternity all the happier. Her sarcastic response to his question made him think for a minute...what HAD she done to end up here? Based on her response...she didn't want anyone to know, which was perfectly fine. "You silly girl, you should know better than to walk all this way by yourself!" Sarcasm for sarcasm. It was Awren family tradition.
"I've missed you and your silly ways." "Oh thanks." Aternity replied, his tongue out.
Alex however...was a different story. Terrene may have thought the two were friends, but in reality, they were far from. The whole Hikari-Awren mix usually didn't end up how anyone wanted it. For the longest time, Solaris and Kane often argued and bashed at each other on ideas and other...problems. Kane was now dead. Helleva deal.
An umbrella soon covered all of them, and Aternity began the process of drying off while they continued their conversation. "So, you two know each other. Siblings?"
"Twins actually." There were four Awren children, and every one of them had made themselves home at St. Paragons.
Take that Hikari.

You silly girl, you should know better then to wall all this way by yourself!" She mimicked her brother, sticking her tounge out, (a coincidence that they should do the same thing, they were twins after all) laughing at his sarcastic concern. "I'm sorry, next time I'll bring a friend with me." She mused.
Terrene noted the subtle atmosphere, the way Alex hadn't relaxed, almost as if he were ready for either Aternity or herself to pounce on to him, she may have been blind, but she was just as sensitive, maybe more then most, to the way people were when in company. Maybe that was just the way he was with people, it was after all completly natural, everyone had a reason to be at the school, some of them alot worse then others.
"So you two know each other. Siblings?" Terrene nodded, a proud smile on her lips as she turned her eyes onto Aternity, 'watching' him dry off.
She had been about to answer with 'Twins' herself, though Aternity beat her too it, and she simply nodded again. She may have been hearing things, but maybe she had heard a tiny bit of smugness in the way he had said. A challenge maybe.
She passed it off as her own mistake and turned her attention back to Alex. "Oh, I didn't ask your name...?" She offered, her eyebrows raised, expectant.

"Twins actually." Alex noted the smugness in Aternity's voice, okay, so there were two sets of twins here, big deal. Did Alex care? Not in the least bit. There could be four sets of Awren's in the entire freakin' school and he still could care less. He saw Terrene turn to Aternity, a proud smile on her face, but Alex just let it go, Terrene did not seem like Aternity.
For one thing, she seemed more friendly and relaxed than him, so when she asked him a question, "Oh, I didn't ask your name...?" her eyebrows raised expectantly, he didn't mind saying his name again.
" Alex. Alex...Hikari." he said, would the atmosphere get worse? Maybe, maybe not. It depended on how Terrene would react to learning that he was a Hikari. Either way, Alex didn't let his guard down, girl or not, both were Awren's, and he would not forget that fact for a long while. " So you're twins, interesting." he said, musing. " Well then, since you two seem to have not seen each other for a long while, I'll take my leave, let you two catch up or something like that." he said, but not before gently taking Terrene's hand and guiding her hand to the umbrella handle, gently folding her fingers over the handle.
"Take the umbrella, you probably need it more than I do." he said, as he left his umbrella with them, and left the two of them alone, he then sprinted back to Kane's Floor, he'd get another umbrella, god knows, they had too many anyways.
OOC: Yup, Alex is leaving this thread. Bye bye people.
