Matrim sent a text to Alex, and eventually he was going to send a message to Aternity via MAC. These thing were extremely useful after all. The text message he sent to Alex read,
Alex. We haven't talked for some time, there's a lot of stuff we need to discuss. Like what happened back in the Infirmary, about how things are going, and I recruited a member for the Enforcement Squad. Anyway, meet me in the Cafeteria today and we can catch up on everything. Decide how we are going to establish this gang, so if you aren't too busy, I'll see you there.
Matrim grabbed a bottle of water and a banana for potassium and sat down on one of the chairs by a round table close to the wall of the Cafeteria. He had a good view of the entrance, and could lean his chair against the wall for comfort. He did so and drank his water and began eating his banana.
It took awhile, but we finally got this thing up and running.....

Alex walked through the hallway, his bag slung over his shoulder. He was making his way o the library, and was almost there, when he received a message on his MAC. Pulling it out, he opened the message. " Matrim." he said, as he read the message. He then sent a reply back to Matrim which read,
Matrim, I'll see you at the Cafeteria. - Alex
Putting his MAC back in his pocket, he turned around and made his way to the cafeteria. He walked across the campus and entered into the cafeteria, and saw Matrim sitting at a round table close to the wall of the Cafe. Before he made his way over, he stopped and took a bottle of water. He then walked over and sat down across from Matrim, taking a drink of water before speaking. " So let's begin. What happened in the Infirmary. You owe me some answers." His eyes were hard as stone as he looked directly at Matrim.
The questions he had stored in the back of mind regarding the incident had now returned, it was time for Matrim to give him answers, the business regarding the gang would be addressed later.

"Something took control of me and made me do it's bidding. It took advantage to the fact that I have sort of a grudge on her. It went so far as to use my dead father's voice in my own head, making it seem like he was giving me the order to kill her. I'm not sure who did it or why, but I am trying to find out. In the meantime, just accept the rumors floating around that I killed a teacher. Yes, it wasn't me in control necessarily, and I had help, but for now it's best to use this to keep people from challenging our gang."
Matrim put his feet down from off the table and sat up in the chair correctly, throwing his banana peel into the trash bin nearby, "I got an Awren family member to join our gang. A kid named Aternity, kind of a funny name, strange kid, but I don't think he's here on his own will. I think he's an actual prisoner like me."
Matrim then thought of something and asked Alex, "So.... I gotta ask..... and I mean this with all respect and everything but I just have to know. Why are you here? I mean, it's a prison... or at least to us it is. Is this place actually good... if it's not a cage?"
Seriously... I mean, with the camera's and the gates, and the fact I'm not allowed to leave unless I trick the Doctor into it. I feel bad every time he takes us out of here, and I feel like just ditching out every single time.... it'd be the easiest escape, and he'd probably let me take it... I just hate to take advantage of him like that. He seems like one of the good guys, it's just, he's one of my jailguards....

Although it sounded very farfetched, Alex decided to accept what Matrim said. " I see then. Very well then, if that is your answer, then I'll accept it." Alex answered, leaning back and folding his arms. Although he didn't like it, he knew that was the only answer Matrim would give him, and it did answer the questions he had regarding it.
Onto other business now, specifically, the gang. "I got an Awren family member to join our gang. A kid named Aternity, kind of a funny name, strange kid, but I don't think he's here on his own will. I think he's an actual prisoner like me." Well wasn't that interesting. Matrim was quite the busy Vice-Captain these days. " That's good, another one added to our ranks." Alex replied, his arms still folded. He noticed Matrim was anxious to say something, so he let him speak. "So.... I gotta ask..... and I mean this with all respect and everything but I just have to know. Why are you here? I mean, it's a prison... or at least to us it is. Is this place actually good... if it's not a cage?"
Touche. Alex leaned forward, and rested his arms on the table. " Why am I here? Well before, it was because my father was the Principal, but now that he's no longer around, you're probably wondering why am I still in this place, when I am the son of the former Principal, I have no reason to stay, correct?" he said. Although many didn't know it, Alex did have the power to leave the school whenever he freely wanted to, all he had to do was flash his ID, and the guards would let him go, no questions asked.
After all, unlike many of the students here, he was not a prisoner, he had committed no crime, he was here because this school was his father's pride and joy, it would be the height of foolishness not to come here. " I have a reason for staying here. There are questions I have regarding my father, and there is one specific person in this school that can answer them. Although..." he said, his voice becoming low and quiet, and he leaned forward, beckoning Matrim to come closer, " I know you want to escape from this place. So, I'll help you, but I won't help until all the questions I have are answered, fair enough?" He then leaned back in his chair, and took a drink of water.
" So, what other business do we have to take care of?" Alex asked, looking at Matrim. He knew that Matrim wanted to leave this place desperately, but they would need to plan and make every move flawless, failure was not an option, period.

"I know you want to escape from this place. So, I'll help you, but I won't help until all the questions I have are answered, fair enough?"
Yeah..... it's just I'm not getting out of here alone. At least.... not without her.......
"Yeah, that's fine." Matrim replied having pulled out his MAC to text Aternity.
Aternity, if you have a moment pop by the Cafeteria, Alex is here and that way you two can be introduced.
-Matrim
"So, what other business do we have to take care of?"
"Yeah... there's a group of ten kids that I also picked up. Nothing much, but they all seemed pretty dedicated." Matrim pulled out the list he made of ten students that were interested in joining. They were average kids to say the least, no real Qi skills, but every bit helped, "Go ahead and test them out if you want. I sent them all text messages to meet up here whenever they could.
OOC: The ten NPC's gangs get, I'm letting you come up with the names on all of them.

"Yeah, that's fine." So, Matrim was fine with his terms, then Alex had no objections. He watched as Matrim pulled out his MAC and typed something, but Alex didn't pry into that, whatever Matrim did was none of Alex's concern. After Matrim had placed his MAC away, the business of the gang truly began. "Yeah... there's a group of ten kids that I also picked up. Nothing much, but they all seemed pretty dedicated. Go ahead and test them out if you want. I sent them all text messages to meet up here whenever they could.
Interesting, their gang was increasing steadily. " That's good." Alex acknowledged, and then looked behind him, as footsteps echoed. The foosteps belonged to a group of five people, who upon seeing him and Matrim, immediately came over. " And all of you would be..." Alex asked, his head turned slightly to look at them. At first, none of them wanted to speak, until one had gotten brave and stepped forward.
" Are you Alex Hikari?" " Yes, and you are?" " My name is Eric." " Okay Eric, and who are your friends?" " Oh," the guy realized, and indicated to the groupl behind him. " This is Rina, that's Isaac, Jason, Steven, and Annie." As each of them heard their names, they nodded to Alex, who nodded back in acknlwedgement, the five so far, looked pretty normal, nothing set them apart from any other student, but whatever.
" So, you're five of the ten that Matrim picked up." " Um, yes, that's right." " You already know who I am, Alex Hikari, the leader. Sit down for now, but later, I'm going to send each of you a message individually, and you better show up. I'll give more details later. As for now, we'll wait, I assume someone is coming?" he asked Matrim, waiting for a reply.

Matrim counted, Eric.... Rina, Isaac, Jason, Steven and Annie....
"You mean Six, Alex." Matrim said coutning the names he heard without even looking up. He then adressed Alex's question, "I sent Aternity a message. He should be showing up soon. Otherwise we could always go on without him."
He should show up, he does have the ability to get here rather quickly. Wonder what is taking him so long.
Matrim then addressed the group, "Glad you all could come on such short notice."
There is most of the group. Guess having more then 50% of the initial recruitment present is a good sign. I wonder if we are going to get cool code names..... nah, that'd be ridiculous. Mine would be blue.... mine would definitely be blue.

" You mean six, Alex." Alex nodded, acknowledging his mistake, he had forgotten to count the guy that had spoken. "I sent Aternity a message. He should be showing up soon. Otherwise we could always go on without him." So, that was the member of the Awren family that Matrim had gotten. Alex was interested to see what kind of person Aternity would be.
Alex watched as the six sat down at the table located beside their's, seem like they didn't want to sit with him, the leader, or Matrim, the second-in-command. "Glad you all could come on such short notice." he heard Matrim say, as he stared out the window, his chin craddled in his hand. He heard footsteps again, and turned his head slightly, and saw the remaining members arrive. " So you're the four left." he said as they came closer. " Yeah, I'm Mark, this is Darren, Blake, and Leesa." " I see, well, take a seat. Shall we start without Aternity?" he addressed Matrim, not waiting for an answer, and stood up, facing the group, the last four joining the six already seated. " So, I hope you all know why you've come, if not, I suggest you find out, fast."
Alex folded his arms and looked at them. " I'm Alex Hikari, if you didn't know that, and the leader of St. Paragon's Enforcement Squad. You already know Matrim, who's the second-in-command. If you want code names, whatever, go ahead, I don't care." Alex paused to let his words sink in befroe he continued on.

"Next time you want to fight, pick on someone you can handle!" Aternity jumped to a position in front of his aggressor, and just as quickly, a palm lay embedded in his chest. Aternity's opponent, a near Qi-less sophomore, stopped instantly and dropped to the ground, nerves shot from the palm. *Sigh* Idiots, why do people do that? Just because of clothes? Of his percieved oddness? Well too bad, they had another thing coming to them.
His MAC rang, a text message.
Aternity, if you have a moment pop by the Cafeteria, Alex is here and that way you two can be introduced.
-Matrim
He checked the time...crud, he was supposed to be at a gang meeting of sorts 5 or so minutes ago, and he wasn't one to be late. The walk was rather short, round corner, and into the double doors he went. The lunch crowd was rather small right now, allowing a mostly unrestricted view. Peering around, Aternity noticed a congregation of sorts against the wall of the cafeteria, and at its seat, was Matrim, and 11 other bodies whom he'd not met yet. He took eye on one of the seats a gang member was about to sit in, and instantly jumped in, sitting in the seat before he could.
"Sorry, have to be quicker than that. Anyway, Matrim, you rang?"

"Yeah, gang, this is Aternity Awren, Aternity, this is the gang. The black haired one across from me would be Alex, the leader." Matrim held out his hand as a gesture to show which one was Alex, even though it was pretty obvious.
"Eric, pull up a chair for Aternity if you would please." Eric did so and Matrim nodded towards the chair to show Aternity he wanted him to take a load off.
"So I think this is pretty much everyone at the moment. I guess we can continue on then?"
Gangs all here, so to speak. Guess that means it's time to get some goals, share some info, and get an understanding of each other. After all, it would be horrible to waste this time with nothing but introductions. This is the time to lay down rules, get opinions, handle objections, and share any info we have on any possible targets.

"Sorry, have to be quicker than that. Anyways, Matrim, you rang?" Alex turned his head at the sound of the voice, moments ago, he had been looking out the window, waiting. "Yeah, gang, this is Aternity Awren, Aternity, this is the gang. The black haired one across from me would be Alex, the leader." Alex nodded his head at Aternity, so this was the guy they were waiting for. "Eric, pull up a chair for Aternity if you would please." Alex, his face calm but at the moment he saw Aternity disappear and reappear in the chiar, his eyes flashed, was that his Qi? The ability to jump to any location possible? Interesting...
"So I think this is pretty much everyone at the moment. I guess we can continue on then?" Alex once again stood up, and faced the entire group. " Alright, you all know who I am, so I don't need to go over it again. St. Paragon's Enforcement Squad. Created to control the chaos in the school. We enforce the rules. We do not forgive, we do not forget. Remember that well. Now then, if anyone has opinions, speak now, now is the time to do so. Wait too long, and you may end up regretting not saying anything. If there is anyone out there who you think is a potential target, voice it out too."
With that, Alex scanned the faces surrounding him, before speaking. " I've heard rumours flying around that there's another gang that's trying to be established. Dragon Fang, I believe the name is. Not much information has been established so far, but that's as much as I heard. Anyone else heard of it?" he asked, at first, no one answered, but then someone spoke, it was Steven.
" I heard along the same lines at what you heard, err, Leader?" he answered unsure. " Just call me Alex, and anybody else?" After seeing one person speak out, he saw some others nod their head. " I also heard their member base is next to nothing, so I wouldn't call them a target just yet, more like one to keep a close eye on." Alex turned to Matrim, to see what he thought of this.

"The leader is Dani. She tried recruiting me not too long ago. She is often seen doing things like jumping off of roofs or setting herself on fire. It's not too far off to guess that she's able to regenerate. Something about the rush I guess. She's hell bent on getting back at the teachers. She has her own plan for that though, she doesn't have any beef with us, so I'm guessing we might actually get along at some points, but it'd best to keep separated from their gang. Just my opinion. But they are right, she doesn't have many people on board yet."
She's also insane. That might just add to everything, of course, I heard she had somebody in her gang. I just don't know who it was.
"Artemis Chekov. She killed at orientation. Literally, not metaphorically. I have this nagging feeling she's a threat to everyone here, not just the gang. It'd be a suicide mission to go after her, but we should definitely watch out for her." Matrim said, looking around at the faces of the gang. From the looks of it they all knew very well how dangerous she could be.
She also ripped my jaw open, but I'm not going to bring personal stuff into gang politics. That gets members killed.

" As long as she doesn't create trouble for us, I think we'll get along just fine." Alex injected, as the group nodded their heads.
"Artemis Chekov. She killed at orientation. Literally, not metaphorically. I have this nagging feeling she's a threat to everyone here, not just the gang. It'd be a suicide mission to go after her, but we should definitely watch out for her." Artemis Chekov. That name alone was enough to create a feeling of dread in Alex, although he wasn't in her gym class, (Thankfully,) he still threaded carefully whenever he passed by her.
" Now that we know a bit about the other gang that's trying to start up, let's move on. I need opinions, objections, anything that's bugging you guys, now's the time to say." Alex paused, waiting for people to speak. After a few minutes, he heard Blake speak. " So, officially, are we part of the Squad?" " Not yet. I need to test you 10 to see if you're up to par. Nothing that would make you drop in exhaustion, but it will test you. I'll text each of you individually and tell you where to go. All you have to worry about is showing up." Alex replied, his arms folded. " Matrim, do you have anything to say? What about you Aternity?" Alex asked them both, he couldn't keep talking forever, even if he was the leader.

Matrim had a right to be worried. Aternity had heard about Ms. Chekov...who hadn't honestly? The woman had a mean streak several miles wide and then some...a weapons master beyond what many could call human it seemed. Luckily, even Artemis was only one person, and from what was described of her, she was a rogue within the school of sorts, choosing not to deal with other teachers. No, she only a minor threat. The administration would surely not support her side without a VERY good reason. And provided to gang lay low enough, shouldn't be a problem whatsoever.
Dani and her gang however were in fact a threat. Numbers meant nothing. Instead, it was worse, since now it was possible that she and her cronies, those few they had, could release pinpoint strikes against members if they somehow were to engage in partial warfare against the group. It wasn't an ideal situation, but the gang would have to make due for now. Oh well.
"I have no questions."

"I'm good. If you need someone to help train some of these guys, let me know." Matrim said, leaning back in his chair, he wasn't going to say meeting adjourned since he wasn't the leader. He didn't want to be the leader. He didn't have what it took, not yet anyway.
So we have a decent sized gang. A lot of meat to train and test out, and a few good Qi users. All we need is direction, and we'll be doing just fine.
Matrim looked around and got a good look at all the members.
Eric.... Rina.... Isaac... Jason.... Steven.... Annie....Mark..... Darren.... Blake..... Leesa..... Aternity..... Alex..... Myself..... and don't forget Justin. That brings us to a grand total of fourteen. Fourteen members is a very decent sized gang.
"Blue." Matrim said, looking up, "If we have code names, I call blue."
Matrim wondered just what they would do as a gang. After they got set up they would restore order to school, take out the chaos. Matrim had seen a lot of that lately.
