" Come on Reira, only six more questions left, don't give up on me now!" Alex thought in his mind, as he continued to look serious at her, he was hoping with his whole heart that she would be able to last until then.
"My definition for an assistant to the head would be to fulfill whatever the head of office wishes for me to do, in a calm and expertise manner. I would make sure to use all my personal skills to perform these deeds in a punctual manner, whether it consists of copying papers, scheduling events and handling surprise situations. Adjusting to the work style here would be no problem. As previously stated, I grew up in the business world, often helping out here and there for my Great Uncle Rias. I have experienced many situations in doing so. Situations that dealt with pressure and the urgency to complete things on time. I learn quickly. Just give me a quick orientation, and I promise, I will have everything down packed
"The stresses of pressure can be avoided, with a calm demeanor and organization."
Alex never heard such a quick and straight to the point answer, but from what Reira had said before, yes, she would be able to work under pressure, and his execs knew that too, though they were writing, they had been trained to listen closely as well. Now came the big one, her answer to the situation.
"First of all, I would remain calm and wouldn't show any signs of panic. Panic interferes with how the brain reacts and copes with things, often, obscuring focus. Then I wold assess my situation. The memo I need to give to you, plus a report, a message that needs to be delivered to one of your executives, and finally, to deliver a message to a higher up. The only logical solution would be to perform the most important task first, which is to find you and give you the memo. I could kill two birds with one stone here, also delivering you the report. Your executives are also usually with you, which knocks off the third task. When all those deeds are completed, I would deliver the message to the higher up. I would do things this way, from the level of importance."
"I see, I see, very nice, very thorough Reira. Now, Reira, what are, if you have any, your weaknesses?"
" What are your future goals?"
" How long do you plan on staying with Hikari Industries?"
Alex leaned back again, Reira's interview was almost done, she just had to answer these questions, and she would be free, free until the time came for him to make his decision, then it would be crunch-time.

If Reira wasn't so focused on staying calm and giving off a professional vibe, she'd probably be dancing around on the floor, happy to only have three more questions left. The execs continued with their scribbling, and Alex continued with the questions.
"I see, I see, very nice, very thorough Reira. Now, Reira, what are, if you have any, your weaknesses?"
"I wish to say I have no weaknesses, but being only human, that is impossible. I can be a little bit of a perfectionist at times, almost to unecessary heights, but I have gotten better at controlling that."
"What are your future goals?"
"My future goals are simple. I want to be able to be independant and secure a sturdy future for myself. Perhaps one day, I would like to have a family, but most of all I would like to be remembered as someone who was part of the Hikari Indutries."
"How long do you plan on staying with Hikari Industries?"
"As long as you wish to keep me around," she finalized with a pleasant smile.
It was over! It was over! Oh gawd finally! I wonder how long that took. I can't wait to take these shoes off! ... Oh right, not out of the kitchen yet. I have to wait till they excuse me. Please excuse me, Alex..like soon.

I want to be able to be independant and secure a sturdy future for myself. Interesting, it was very interesting. Alex had a feeling his execs were very intrigued by Reira's answers just like they had been with Matrim, they had written down quite a lot during the time he and Reira had been talking. Alex nodded his head, acknowledging Reira's responses, as she finished up.
"As long as you wish to keep me around." And with that, the interview was over! Excellent, excellent, I'd say that wraps up the interview. Reira, thank you for coming," Alex said, standing up and holding out his hand for Reira to shake, as his execs finished writing and stood up beside him. " You're free to leave now." Alex said, as he flicked on the intercom.
" Anthony?" " Yes sir?" " Please escort Ms. DeMorvick to the lobby lounge." " Understood sir." Alex turned the intercom off, now it was crunch time for him, time to make his decisions. He exited out of the interview room, heading to a private room to talk with his execs and discuss. It would be a looong day.
- 4 hours later -
Alex walked out with his execs behind him, a satisfied look on his face, as he held a folder in his hand that contained a sinlge piece of paper. He pulled out his MAC and contacted his assistant Anthony. " Anthony?" "Yes sir?" " Please make an announcement over the PA, telling all those who are currently assembled in the lobby lounge to make their way to the main room." " Yes sir." Alex placed his MAC back in his black suit jacket, and made his way to the main room, second floor. He placed his ID card into the slot, and the elevator opened, taking him and his execs to the second floor.
As soon as he stepped out of the elevator, he made his way to the balcony that overlooked the main room. He walked down the hallway and stepped out of the hallway onto the balcony, as below him, all the people who had been interviewed had been assembled their by his assistant, Anthony. " Hello to everyone again." Alex said as soon as everyone saw him standing on the balcony and quieted down. " I know you are all anxious to find out who will get jobs here in Hikari Industries. To those who don't, I offer you my sincerest apologies, as you didn't have certain...qualifications needed here. Now, I' shall read out the names of those who have earned a spot here."
Alex pulled out the single sheet in the folder, and handed the folder to his exec on his right. He then read out the names, as some looked happy, others looked disgruntled, and some even looked disheartened. " Now, I am going to read the names of the two who will be my assistants." Alex said, as people looked up at him in anticipation. " The two are, Matrim Gallagher, and Reira DeMorvick." Alex said, as below him, a buzz began, people were whispering to each other. Alex then handed the sheet to his exec who had the folder, and held his hands up to quiet everyone down. " Would those who's names I called out please proceed out of the main room and head down the hall on your right and proceed to the employee lounge. I will see you all there."
And with that, Alex turned and headed to the employee lounge, as his execs followed behind.

Alright, that was simple enough. Sucks that we screwed all these people out of their jobs. Oh well.
"Would those who's names I called out please proceed out of the main room and head down the hall on your right and proceed to the employee lounge. I will see you all there."
Oh Jesus Christ what is it now.....
Matrim got up from his chair, and greeted Reira, "Congratulations Ms. DeMorvick, It'll be a pleasure working with you." Mat proceeded to shake her hand and then follow Alex to what he said was an employee lounge. Matrim walked in after him, and his execs.
Matrim stood in the room, keeping the door open for Reira, it was his manners of course, he made sure to create a positive look on his face, for some reason he was still unnerved from the whole ordeal, and didn't much feel like celebrating in his head. He was still feeling a slight headache from the discomfort of the whole process after all. His stomach wasn't agreeing with the days events.
But, he faked a proud and smug smile that could send joy into the most depressed yuppy, and he stood professionally, waiting for the queue that he and Reira were free to talk, and free to leave.

"Thank you for having me," Reira said, shaking Alex's hand, followed by his execs. It was finally over, whew! Now all that she had to worry about is whether or not she would get the job. Alex was manipulative enough, if his execs dissaproved of her, he'd find a way to talk them into it. With the farewells all done and over with, a guy named Anthony escourted her to the lounge room.
Once there he nodded at her and left. When she was sure no one suspicious could see her, she threw herself on a couch, put a hand over her eyes and sighed heavily. It was tough pretending to be a business person. At least now she could take off her heels and relax for a couple of hours.
-4 Hours Later-
Reira found herself in a large crowd of people. She had lost sight of Matrim, and it was impossible to find him now. Standing in place, she looked up at a balcony and watched Alex step out. He then proceeded to read out people's names...and then he went on to read who his assistances would be. The crowd fell silent. Of course he called out her and Mat's name. All worries gone..err..for the time being, there was always more.
"Would those who's names I called out please proceed out of the main room and head down the hall on your right and proceed to the employee lounge. I will see you all there."
She began to walk in the direction of the lounge when she heard a familiar voice. "Congratulations Ms. DeMorvick, It'll be a pleasure working with you." She grinned. It was funny watching him act so professional. "Same goes to you, Mr. Gallagher." He kindly held the door open for her. In no time, they were in the lounge, with no one else but Alex and his execs. If only his execs would leave..then she could talk to Matrim and Alex normally.
This whole day was tiring. This whole day, was about to change her life. It was done. She was basically handed a get out of jail free card! The emotion she felt was unexplainable...it was part nervousness, part anxiousness, antcipation, happiness, and fear.
Soon, they'd be home free.

Alex stood at the very back, his execs flanking both sides, as the people who's names he had called out came in. After everyone had assembled, Alex began. " Welcome to Hikari Industries employee lounge. This is where those of you that have been hired will come to relax and take a break. Now, you all know my two executives, as they were with me the entire time during the interviews, this is one of the two executives, Audrey," he said, indicating to the woman on his right, who nodded, " And Nathan." Alex said, motioning to the man on his left, who nodded like Audrey had did before.
"If you have any questions to ask, feel free to ask them, no one is more knowledgeable about this company than these two. Now, to celebrate those whom I have hired, there is food and refeshments on the table to my left and right. Go ahead, feel free to eat and drink. And once again, congratulations to you all." Alex said, as he began clapping, to which everyone joined in.
The group then began to move to the tables, as his execs moved about the room. Now that Alex was alone, he could freely talk to Reira and Matrim. Quickly catching their attention, he motioned for them to follow him. Waiting for them to reach him, he quickly guided them to another door that led out of the employee lounge. He walked down a hallway, went into an elevator, and reached his own private lounge. Quickly getting his eye scanned, the door unlocked, and Alex let Matrim and Reira go in first, after which he stepped in himself.
Closing the door, he motioned for them to take a seat, and he smiled at them. " Well, it wasn't any wonder you two would get the jobs of my assistants, congratulations. Now, here's where our plan shall start. The ID's won't take but a few hours to make, and since I'll be staying here, I'll be able to pick them up myself. If you two are alright with it, you can stay here until the ID's are ready, but once you get them, we can't leave the prison right away. Give it a couple days, 3 days max, and then you two can escape. You'll be taking my private jet to England, where I'll drop you two off, understood? Now, you're welcome to stay here, have some food and drinks, watch TV, just relax, I'll see you two later, alright?" Alex said, as he turned, going out of the room. The plan was set, all that was left was to put it in motion.
- 2 hours later -
Alex made his way back to his private lounge, once again getting his eye scanned. The door opened, and Alex let himself in, only to see Reira and Matrim had made themselves quite at home in his lounge. " Ah hem." he said, clearing his throat, an amused look on his face. " So sorry to interrupt your little party, but I got something for you two." He held up their ID's, and handed it to them. " Do not lose those ID's, I cannot make another one for you two. The only reason you two got yours so early is because I specifically asked the company to do yours first." he said, folding his arms.
"With those ID's, you two are now free to leave the prison. Now, three days from now, we'll be going on a business trip. Just flash the ID, and you'll be let out. I'll give more details later. For now, you two must go back to the prison, I promise, you'll be free soon." And with that, Alex let the two of them leave, following them out. The plan was in motion now, finally.

OOC: Sorry gotta rush this along quicker. I'm making it open for Reira to follow in Matrim's foot steps or to take an action of her own.
Matrim had celebrated lightly, he wasn't very hungry. He was however a bit thirsty. I got his share of water but nothing much else. He put on a fake smile, and he waited. He didn't want to wait days, he didn't want to wait to take a jet to England, he didn't plan on it. They were going to take a limo to the school, and then they were going to pack and leave. Screw Alex's plan.
When Mat got a moment he whispered to Reira, "We've involved him enough, if we do so anymore we risk getting him in trouble, it'd be best if we took our leave, tonight. Agreed?"
Reira, please agree with me, if we wait any longer someone from the school WILL find out, they aren't dumber then a box of rocks, Solaris has caught on by now if he hasn't already. We just need to grab our stuff and go before someone is sent after us..... I know.... I've lived on the streets and on my own for five years.
Matrim said this after pocketing his ID, he motioned to the elevator, "Follow me," Matrim made his way to the elevator, pressing the button for down, it rang and opened, nobody inside so he got inside, pressing lobby.
-3 hours later-
"Got everything." Matrim was glad to be getting out finally, he had the limo driver wait for him. He still had his business clothes on, but he was carrying a duffel bag full of cloths, he had his MAC but he thought he'd ditch it somewhere in case it could be traced, that way it might throw them off. He kept the Awren's cleared from his mind completely, forcing his mind shut as much as he could, praying it wasn't too late. He made his way to the limousine, he looked to see if anybody else was coming.
"Wait three minutes, alright?" He said to the Limo driver, and he laid back in his seat.

(ooc: This post is going to be really vague, rush rush!)
Reira grimaced as she heard Alex say three more days. It may not have been a long time to anyone else, but for her it would feel like a month! Espcially with her bing paranoid about someone catching onto their plan. Couldn't they leave sooner? Was there some other way?
Still in the lounge she found herself staring out the huge window, lost in her thoughts. There was a slight movement behind her, and she realized it was Matrim. "We've involved him enough, if we do so anymore we risk getting him in trouble, it'd be best if we took our leave, tonight. Agreed?" She nodded enthusiastically, he read her mind. "Agreed, tonight then!"
Her ID safetly tucked into her pants pocket, she followed Matrim into the elevator. The plan was in motion. She felt a little bad for going agaist Alex's wishes, but it was true, he had already done more then enough for them. It was time to take things into their own hands. The elevator descended down to the lobby. Reira palms sweated with anticipation.
-3 Hours Later-
Reira was frantically packing all the necessary things she would be needing. The most important thing was the Venetian ring, that she put around her finger. After she was all done, she rushed to meet Matrim. Still in her business clothes, it was a little hard to run in heels but she managed. She opened the limo door, shoved her duffal bag into on of the empty seats and slammed the the door behind her.
Matrim was leaning back in his seat. She smiled at him softly, catching her breath some. "Step on it,"she shouted to the driver. Sighing, happy the limo was on its way, she took a seat beside Matrim, and leaned her head against his shoulder. Taking his hand in hers she said "No looking back."

They got to the gate where they were approved, the guards had recognized them and knew they had passes. Matrim looked over. They were free, the ride was long, and it went towards Hikari Industries at first, but then took a turn and got onto a road towards a port, "Driver, let us out about a half hours walk from the docks." Matrim said.
"Reira, let's get going." Matrim said when the driver stopped on the side of the road. Matrim grabbed his and her bags, "If you want to switch for sneakers or something now is the time, we're gonna walk from here." Matrim got his wallet out making sure the bank cards and credit cards were still there. Then he saw it, the credit card for those with a very rich status. No limit, no questions, and a very long paper trail that involved an automated payoff from his royalties. He was going to use this to get him and Reira across the pond to Alaska, then Canada, and hopefully after everything they can trace down Samara.
"Now then, I believe there was something you were going to make me promise?"

The limo slowed to a stop, and that was when the two of them got out of the vehicle. It was time to walk. "If you want to switch for sneakers or something now is the time, we're gonna walk from here." A very good idea. They had bothered her so bad, that she had almost fogot about them because they started to numb her feet. Stopping momentairily, she dug into her duffel bag and found a nice pair of converse. She put the heels back in the bag and started walking.
It was nice for Matrim to carry her bag, but she really wished he would share some of the work. There was no sense in arguing, he wouldn't let her. She was in no mood for arguing anyway, she finally felt free! And best of all she was free with the person that she loved. They were young, but they were more then capable of surviving.
"Now then, I believe there was something you were going to make me promise?"
The soft footsteps she made, halted for a second, then continued walking along side of him. There was something, yes, but now that she thought about it, it was really selfish...but she didn't want to keep anything from him, if he asked her somethings she wanted to be perfectly honest.
"If there happened to be a reason..for us to ..end our realtionship," she said grimacing at the word end and continued. "Do you promise to let me down softly and not just get up and leave all of a sudden. I don't want to forget you, like my mother." Reira was looking at her shoes embarassed.
But that was what she felt. She didn't want to experience that again...the pain of someone she cared about so much, just walking out of her life without a word..like her mother.
"It's selfish I know..don't worry about it. We're finally out of that prison! Let's just focus on all the things ahead of us,' she said with a small smile.

"I believe you said, 'for us to end', Correct?" Matrim said looking over at her. He had his answer well prepared, "That means either one of us, I'll promise you, if you promise me. But I'll do you one better. I promise you, if we ever separate, whether it be either of our choices. I can guarantee you that eventually, even if it takes me time to realize it, I'll come to my senses, realize what I've lost. And I won't give up on trying to get you back."
Matrim shrugged, "I mean that in a total non-stalky way, I know it came out differently."
Matrim lead the way, it was a long walk, but he was in a good mood. He was starting to feel safer with each step he took away from that school. Eventually he saw the harbor up ahead, "Wait here on sec, ok?" Matrim said dropping the bags and talking to one of the people working.
"We need safe passage to Alaska, we aren't criminals, clear records and all, we are just minors. I am emancipated, and her mother is in the states, we are trying to get back there, and we will pay any amount you decide is fair to keep us off of any manifesto, and to just take us. If you need I can work on top of everything, we're both free to work, I'd prefer if she didn't, but she'd probably feel bad if I was working and she didn't."
"Boy, I'm a simple man. If you pay me enough, I'll do anything, but I have very little patience for someone who doesn't have cash on hand for something like this." The scruffy man said.
"This!" Matrim said holding up the special card, "Is a very special card. A long and complicated paper trail, the first ATM you take me too, I can clean it out. The first bank you can take me too, I can clean out. You name the place and time, before or after the journey, name any amount and it will be payed. Mind you I am not a billionaire, but I know what kind of money it takes to smuggle too teens into America."
"Kid, if you have that, then why are you being so secretive?" The man asked.
"That's your last question. The answer, because this way the people that are looking for us won't find us. That's why I suggest we make the transaction after the trip. That way we don't leave any possible trail behind us. You will be rich afterward, and I can afford to give you a good lawyer if anything goes wrong. Do we have a deal?"
"Yes. What shall I call you?" The man asked.
"Mr. John Smith. And this, is Ms. Jane Doe. Got it?" Matrim asked, gesturing towards Reira. He ran back to her at this point.
"We got a boat, let's go," He picked up the bags, "Your name is Jane Doe, and I am John Smith as far as they are concerned, kay?" He kissed her on the cheek, "This might take awhile, but we're going to America. Next stop, we're finding Samara. We are doing it together, and I'll be there to protect you, alright?"
Matrim remembered her ability, and he figured traveling by water might be tough, but he was going to protect her at all costs.

OOC: Last post, and it's all in your hands now you two. Sayonara!
Alex sat at his desk, lost in thought, he knew Matrim would not be happy with the fact he had said they would be free in three days. A thought just struck him, so he booted up his computer, and waited for it to load. He then clicked on the GPS program that had been installed in the limo Matrim and Reira were in, and he logged in using his account.
Username: AHikari Password: *******
Password accepted, program loading...
A map then appeared on the flat computer screen, as Alex watched the little blinking dot that was the limo stop, and after three minutes, it moved, heading out of the prision and going towards Hikari Industries, but it then turned, going towards the docks. Alex smiled, so Matrim had decided not to involve him any further. Alex accepted Matrim's choice, " Matrim, Reira, good luck. I've done all I can for you two, now it's all up to you now. I can't help you anymore." He was glad he had gotten their ID's first, they had wanted to escape badly, so he had helped them. Why? Who knows. And no one may ever will.
Alex logged out of the GPS tracking program, and turned in his chair, staring out the window, looking down out his window. It was all their fate now, he couldn't help them anymore. He could do nothing more for them.

Reira smiled an appreciative smile. His answer was better then she could ever ask for. "I don't think I will ever find a reason to leave you," she said, responding to his statement. "And if something like that ever happens, I promise, I will never give up on you, I'd be a fool to." It was the honest truth. She was so happy with him, was that the right word? She hadn't felt like this in a while, and she didn't want it going anywhere anytime soon.
Feeling much lighter, now that she had that off her chest, she walked enthusiastically beside him. Each step was a step further from the prison. The further from the prison, the feeling of freedom grew. Nothing could stop them now. Before long, a harbor was visible in the distance. She could make out the shape of men working. Some were preparing a ship for a voyage, others were loading freight carts onto it.
"Alright, I'll watch the bags," she said, watching Matrim walk away from her to talk to a man, who looked liked a sailor.
The ship was pretty big, not as big as a ferry though, or as nice as one, but at least it was a ship. It looked like it could hold a few hundred passengers, but it mostly looked like the majority of its space was for cargo and other consumer goods.
Reira glared at the seagulls squaking annoyingly abover her, making Matrim's and the man's conversation impossible to hear. She did see him flash the man a card of some sort. He was bribing him with money. Anything to get them away from this place.
In a few moments, he was at her side again. "We got a boat, let's go," He said picking up the bags, "Your name is Jane Doe, and I am John Smith as far as they are concerned, kay?" Reira laughed. "John Smith and Jane Doe..you could have came up with better names yah know, Jane Doe..," she said teasingly, but okay with it. He kissed her cheek and she wished he'd let her carry her bag so that she could at least hold his hand.
They boarded the boat and she was surprised that the interior looked much better then the exterior. She was just about to ask him where their cabin was when the same man Matrim was talking to handed her a waitressing outfit. It was a black button up dressy thing and it only looked like it would come up to her mid thigh. The outfit was completed with a white apron thingy.
"Jane Doe, you will be working at the small cafe. As for you Mr.Smith, I'm thinking your capable of some labour..Oh..your cabins A26. You can stop there first if you want," he said tossing them the keys to their cabin. "Thanks,"Reira muttereing, tying to sound pleasant. Looks like she would be wearing those heels once again.
(ooc: Didn't know what type of boat it was, so yeah haha)

(OOC= Ummmm....... let's just go with, it's not exactly a cruise..... lot of freights and stuff, but the workers on board gotta eat and drink so the cafe thing fits in.)
"It could have been worse, you coulda been Jane and I coulda been Tarzan. Of course, now that I think of it, that wasn't a half bad idea..." Matrim said, moving like an ape and doing a Tarzan impression, it was a very very old show, but he figured she'd get the reference considering she got the Yogi the Bear reference.
He made the way to their cabin, it was small, and it had one bed. "I'll take the floor and make a makeshift cot, you take the bed."
Matrim put the bags down and started changing, "Uhh.... could you look away for a sec?" Matrim changed into jeans and a comfortable shirt for him to work in, it was a black long sleeved sweater, something that hid the core and would keep him warm when he was up top.
"Well, I'm sure we won't have to work right away, and I'm a bit tired after today.... so I'm just gonna lay down for awhile...." Matrim sat down on the ground and leaned back on the side of the room, using his bag to rest his back against.
At least we won't be noticed right away like this.... the hard part is going to be getting out of Alaska, but if I can manage to get us passports we should be in the clear.
"I wonder if they've caught on back home, or if they ever will catch on... " Matrim said, wondering about back home, "Hopefully this doesn't get Alex in trouble."

Reira clutched her stomach and laughed at how idiotic her boyfriend looked imitating Tarzan, on second thought..he wasn't a bad Tarzan after all. "You'd be a very good Tarzan! I can see it now..raised by apes..cept, you wouldn't have any vines to swing on, I suppose you could use metal cables, there's lots of those around here," she said stifling a laugh, imagining it all. Oh the possibilities..
There cabin was small, it was only made for one person, but it was cozy. She prefered small cozy areas instead of big open spaces, it made her feel safer somehow, knowing she could see the whole room. The bed was slightly bigger then a twin. "Why don't I sleep in your makeshift cot? I'm smaller after all, the bed would be better for you. Or..we could always share the bed? I won't take up much room..." Either way, she didn't care, as long as they both found a comfy place to sleep. She'd prefer for him to sleep in the bed, since he would be doing tough work, the bed would allow him better rest.
Time to change. Grabbing her bag, she began to dig out those malevolent heels. "Oh..um sorry!" she said, turning her back to him as he changed into jeans and a black long sleeved shirt. Reira took this opportunity to change into the rather short waitress outfit, quickly buttoning it up and folding down the coller. She put her apron and heels aside to put on later. They didn't have to start for a while, the ship just began to move. She could feel the movement of it treading water, her body swaying back and forth ever so slightly.
Reira sat on the edge of the bed, her feet almost skimming the floor. She kicked her legs up and down casually, sometimes wiggling her toes as they'd start to get cold. Matrim was lying on the ground below her, she hated seeing him on the ground.
"I wonder if they've caught on back home, or if they ever will catch on... Hopefully this doesn't get Alex in trouble." "I'd hate myself if Alex got in trouble because of this. And I really hope the school hasn't found out either..should we get rid of our MACs? Could they be tra----" Reira was cut off, as a loud bang echoed through out the ships metal, shaking the ship. Reira braced herself by hanging onto the bedpost.
The vibration from the bang stopped and Reira finally released a breath she didn't know she was holding. "W-what was that?," she said, looking towards their cabin door. She was paranoid that the school had found out and now were tracking them through their MACs.
